We talked for 30' asking different questions about my case and she told me that she was going to email me with a questionaire to fill out and send back. I was looking my emails every day. She never got back to me. On 09/12/2025 I've called them back to ask if they had my email address written wrong. The receptionist followed the same routine as I was contacting them for the first time. She forwarded me to the same laywer and she started asking me the same exactly questions. When I told her if they are interested in my case, she replied we don't do cases like yours and we can refer you to another laywer, although they had originally told me that they were interested. She continued asking the same exactly questions we've been already through. So, I finally told her to stop wasting my time and I will find another laywer that will be interested in me and not only to the size of the case. I've found it totally unprofessional. Fails to return phone calls, claims he's going to follow up at certain times & then fails to do so. Albert Cernadas has to be debriefed every single phone call and claims he "doesn't remember your case". I will be filling formal complaint regarding sexually inappropriate questions and statements. His questions portrayed racial bias, derogatory inclinations, condescending character and gender discrimination.
