In 15+ years of holistic care, we've never had a worse experience than with Hayden Institute. We were assigned Dr. Elissa. Based on the testing conducted, a protocol was assigned, which included supplementation. We followed the assigned program in its entirety during a 3-month period of treatment. After each month, with no visible results, we raised concern and were told that it could take up to 60 days, then it could take up to 60-90 days. We "trusted the process" as holistic care can take some time. After 90 days of treatment, extensive supplementation that netted zero positive results, and having spent over $3,800, we expressed our displeasure to the doctor. She explicitly stated that 'I must be missing something' and 'had exhausted her modalities and scope of care.' She recommended we consult with Dr. Hayden who might be able to 'fill in the gaps and holes I missed.' Clearly, the root/main cause was incorrectly diagnosed during the entire process. Not our fault! We followed the assigned protocols 100%. We requested reimbursement or adequate compensation as the misdiagnosis was clearly the main issue. The testing was inaccurate, therefore, zero progress. After phone calls and email attempts, the Doctors did not even reply or take our phone call. They showed ZERO OWNERSHIP for their inaccurate testing. They made no attempt to admit their mistakes or make them right. The Doctors and business Owner took zero responsibility! The only offer, via an office manager's email, was a free consultation that is a fraction of the amount of money we "invested". The office manager just said, 'I'm sorry and I understand your frustration.' Well, "I'm sorry" does not equate to being out over $3,800 with nothing to show for it. No ownership. No professionalism. His adjustments are meticulous, taking care to consider every part your body. He is a highly knowledgeable doctor. This is long overdue. I first saw Dr Hayden about 2 years ago. I had been battling Hashimoto's, an autoimmune thyroid disorder and menopause symptoms. My first visit to Dr. Hayden was in October of last year. I was having terrible stomach pain and had decided I was either going to the ER or The Hayden Institute. I chose Dr. Hayden, and we both agreed I had made the right decision. We started by changing my diet, got me on some supplements... and with regular visits and adjustments; the pain has not come back. (It ended up being my Gall Bladder and my Liver) Dr. Hayden has such a positive energy and never makes you feel silly for asking questions, and he explains everything he's doing and the reason he's doing it. When I first came to Dr. Chase I had some digestive issues that resurfaced my acne and had me worried. Dr. Chase was quick to explain how my blood type and eating habits had a strong impact in my acne and we started out with a strong detox process and cleansing diet which after a few weeks showed amazing results and healed my digestive system. When I first came to see Dr. Chase Hayden I was in terrible pain. I suffer from severe muscle spasms in my upper and lower back and sometimes around my rib cage due to a spinal disorder coupled with a discectomy that I had in 2008. These spasms were something that I had been dealing with for a long time. Before I came to see Chase I had visited a neurologist, orthopedic, and my regular doctor. I trusted in them but the only time I ever saw results was when I was prescribed medication that would just numb the pain and make me drowsy. I was looking for a fix to my problems and to get better not just temporary pain relief. After years of pain, doctors, and pills I finally decided to take a chance and go see a chiropractic doctor. My initial thoughts on seeing a chiropractic doctor were just that they were going to pop my bones and noting would help because I am having issues with muscle spasms and not anything structural, but I was very wrong. My initial appointment with Dr. Chase was a very educational one. We went through why my muscles were having spasms and what we could do to make them better. I am not exaggerating when I say that in my one visit with Chase I learned more about my issues than I ever did with all of the other doctors combined. He is very genuine in his responses and always listens to my concerns and comments. I had wasted so much time and money on prescriptions, MRI, and X-ray test just to say that I have muscle spasms and to be instructed to rest and take pills. After my first adjustment I felt great, after my second I could finally sleep through the night without writhing in pain just from wanting to roll over. I was very happy and surprised at the results. I have been seeing Dr. Chase for over a year now and I have only had one major flare up in that entire time. I rarely take any pills and when I do it is just over the counter Aleve or things of that nature. I have gotten back to being more active athletically and see him once a week for a "tune up". If you are looking for an amazing chiropractic doctor you have found on in Dr. Hayden, he is also an amazing wellness specialist as well. My wife sees him for wellness advice as well as chiropractic. Personally I hope to see Chase as long as I live in the area. He hears me out when I have a concern about a weird ache or pain and I have never been rushed during my appointment time.
