My hair looks fantastic! She really talked to me about what I wanted and didn't want. She asked if I had any photos so we could talk color. I felt like she really understood how I wanted the color to look before she got started. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed through. I wanted a natural looking bright blond that wasn't ashy or silver. It looks great - I'm so happy. This is probably the best hair color I've had in 5 years.
