She was very professional throughout the entire process - from my initial inquiry all the way through the actual make-up application. Michele was on our vendor list and when I saw that she specialized in both hair and makeup AND esthetics, I immediately picked up the phone. Her and I hit it off right away and I instantly felt comfortable with her - like a long-lost friend I hadn't seen in ages and was just catching up with. :) My mom and I both started going to her for facials leading up the wedding and I noticed almost immediate changes in my skin (cheek redness was lightening, pore size looked smaller, skin texture felt smoother, etc). Michele did my hair and makeup for my bridal shower as a "trial" and while I looked and felt gorgeous, there were a few things I wanted to tweak for the wedding. Michele was so gracious when I was telling her about the changes I wanted to make. I never feel like myself in fake eyelashes and shared that with her. Having done many weddings before mine, she did tell me that I'd probably want to have some fake lashes just so they'd show up in my professional photos. We found a happy medium and I'm so happy that I trusted her with that! Michele is incredibly talented and will make you feel so comfortable and BEAUTIFUL on your big day! One of my biggest fears when I was first searching for a makeup artist was that I wasn't going to recognize myself in pictures or look like me. Michele made sure that didn't happen! When my brother first saw me, he cried and told me that he was so happy that I still looked like myself, which was so sweet!
