Nope. Walked in and asked if there were any openings. Was told it would be 45min. No prob, didn't have a reservation. After waiting patiently for 1.5 hours, I left without a haircut. They seem to have a good following, loyal customers, but is it hard to communicate and let someone know what's going on? Too bad, seemed like they were good with their craft. I've lived in Seattle for five years, and my two trips here with two different barbers have been my best haircuts in Seattle hands down. My only gripe is that their website sucks: none of the links work and you can't book an appointment through it, however you can book via phone and the confirmation text for that appointment will have an online link you can use in the future. read more

The environment is super fitting to the types of hair styles this place provides. The shop is clean and has a touch of modern appeal. They carry layrite so that's definitely a plus. The location is good to since you could get Starbucks, a burger or teriyaki next door. You can even sign up for TSA pre-check in the establishment next door if you want. The first time I came here I was told last minute when I already got there to wait an additional 30 minutes even though I had an appointment because they were "running late" which seems like they squeezed someone in before me and also caused me to cancel my plans I had afterwards which I let it slide. The second time it was alright so I booked another appointment 3 weeks ahead. THEN fast forward to today they cancelled on me last minute again! Shelly was my barber and all appointments were booked with her but this type of inconvenience and lack of communication is not where I would want to be spending $45 for a haircut. Hands down my go to place to get a fresh cut. I personally like the service Timothy provides, but you definitely can't go wrong with all the other barbers. They're friendly and make the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I especially am fond of this place because of the offered addition of a wash and shampoo with no extra charge. Discovered this place because my guy Tim moved shops. This place doesn't get enough credit for the quality of cuts you can get. Tim, the guy I've been going to since he started clipping in his garage, never disappoints with his cuts. The owner is a a great guy and makes you feel like you're at home. It's in a solid location right off I90 next to Costco. The atmosphere gives it a barbershop vibe mixed with Seattle class. These guys know their stuff.
