The Healing Connect and Kula Wellness Center saved my day. I'm in Tennessee and have a dear friend in Brasstown, NC. She has some serious health issues and as I was searching Brasstown for ideas of gifts to send her, I stumbled upon Kula. I asked my friend if a massage sounded good and she responded, "Well, I've never had one but it sounds good." I contacted Kula and Margie Carpenter responded. She is trained in so many types of massage therapy, I can't list them all. We communicated via text and she was so responsive and caring, I knew she was the one, and Kula the place. Margie directed me to their site for gift cards. It was so easy to treat a friend in another state. Margie communicated with me keeping me up to date re when scheduled. I love them. Thank you, Margie. I'm sure your healing skills helped her healing. I reached Margie through Kula but you can also through Healing Connect as they are linked. Established in 2019.

I haven’t always been a massage therapist. I took the long and winding road to achieve this dream. I have been a teacher (K-12). I have owned a business. I have worked in retail. I have worked for a church as a children’s minister and as a secretary. It’s safe to say I’ve done a little bit of everything, but I feel that my true calling is helping people feel better. Being a massage therapist is more rewarding than I could have ever imagined. I get to help people find equilibrium and transmute their pain. I’m allowed to see people relax and find peace.
