She asked what my needs were, what has worked for me in the past and she actually listened. The massage itself wasn't just a run of the mill head to toe job. During the hour of massage, she asked about her pressure (which, I can never get a deep enough massage and she delivered) and asked a few other questions about sinuses and digestive issues.
