I asked my friend if a massage sounded good and she responded, "Well, I've never had one but it sounds good." I contacted Kula and Margie Carpenter responded. She is trained in so many types of massage therapy, I can't list them all. We communicated via text and she was so responsive and caring, I knew she was the one, and Kula the place. Margie directed me to their site for gift cards. It was so easy to treat a friend in another state. Margie communicated with me keeping me up to date re when scheduled. I love them. Every treatment we experienced was excellent. The massage was fantastic, and I even had my first facial. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it ended up being far more relaxing than I imagined, and I left feeling refreshed. We also spent time in the salt cave, which was a unique and beautiful experience. It's clear they put a great deal of thought into the design and the small details throughout the spa. Between treatments, we enjoyed several of the amenities, including the steam room and the gorgeous relaxation lounge. It's an inviting space where you can unwind, read a book, have a conversation, or enjoy complimentary tea and light snacks. There's also a café on-site, and one of the best parts is that you don't even have to change out of your robe to enjoy it. The food was surprisingly good as well. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely understood what great customer service looks like. We also stayed overnight in one of the on-site rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and a perfect complement to the spa experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

My sister and I both had Silhouette for our massages and we were both blown away at how well she listened to our needs and tailored her massage to our individual desires. Enough pressure to really work out the tight muscles but relaxing at the same time. Her years of experience in massage therapy was evident with the skill of her work.
