I have visited the Learning Tools studio last summer…read more Sophia, the teacher, is very sweet, kind, educated, and professional. When I arrived, she just finished a learning session with a girl that was about 7 years old. I complemented the studio and said to the teacher that I would love to see it around and the young student asked if she could show me around. She was so excited about being there. She showed me her favorite books and then took me to a table with words, alphabet, and figures that they made of clay and explained what the words mean. From my own experience, I know that it's very hard to live with dyslexia. A simple homework might seem very difficult, not because of lack of intelligence but because the standard teaching method doesn't work for students with dyslexia, no matter how much you read it doesn't get easier. Sophia's Learning Tools program is the solution. I wish I had a teacher like her when I was 7 year old. Dyslexia can be corrected whether you are a child or an adult, you just need the right teaching instructions. I recommend the Learning Tools studio for work on correcting dyslexia. It's a big step forward. It works!

Our 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with Dyslexia around age 5. We've coordinated with several…read morespecialists and her school to help with her reading, comprehension and production (writing). It has been a lot of effort and marginal results. We had heard good things about Sophia's program and decided to take our daughter in for an assessment. The assessment was very precise and articulate. This gave us the confidence to move forward and commit to the full week program. Our daughter was hesitant but agreed to go. We picked her up for lunch after the first mornings session. My daughter figured out Sophia understood the challenges she was facing everyday. She was excited to go back that afternoon. The program was both a financial commitment and a time commitment and the value, experience and results make this an easy 5 star program. My recommendation is sooner the better and our appreciation for Sophia runs deep. Thank you! Jeff C.

This place is awesome! Had my son's 7th birthday here and they had a blast!!! Mike the area manager…read moreis very responsive to emails and was great in responding to all my questions. We had about 16 kids from ages 3-8. The lego project is for kids 5years plus which is understandable since those lego pieces are tiny however, with an adult supervision they are ok. Our little lego engineers were building X-Wing with the awesome Justin. He was very patient and approachable to the different age groups. They had such a great time following instruction on how to build their project and fun testing it out. It was such a interactive environment that our children were very engaged and interested in what they were doing. This place is reasonably priced and allow you to bring your party goodies such as pizza, cakes etc. The environment was a lego wonderland. Literally everything built from Legos was just awesome. As a parents this place is totally worth it and I recommend hosting your next birthday party here.

It seems Play Well offers many classes to introduce basic engineering/design concepts for kids after school/during weekends, too. Each 1.5-2 hrs class is about $18-$25 a child,..pretty awesome price in my mind, considering your child will get to socialize with other kids, expand their creativity and allow themselves to emerge in some fun that might eventually spark their interests in STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Math) areas over even longer term. They have some fun classes that incorporate other fun ideas like ninja, star wars fun + lego designs for kids, too. Parking is super easy and staff is friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommended as a supplement activity for your kids!
