I ordered the Triple Berry tea which is Cranberry, Pomegranate and Razz ( raspberry, I assume) and it was good. It's not super sweet and it's flavorful. For the shake I ordered the Cafe Mocha. As you can see from the photos it was served so regular. No whipped cream, no chocolate drizzle, just plain. It isn't high in sugar and there are health benefits to the shake. For example, I was told after ordering that they were out of coconut, which was supposed to come on my item. I was asked if that was okay, but realistically, what's the alternative in that moment? It just felt like another instance of paying for something I didn't receive. At one point, the employee preparing our order walked past us multiple times without acknowledgment to speak with her coworker, which added to the overall feeling of being ignored.
