Is this business affiliated with Herbalife?

Definitely a Herbal Life MLM front. Not licensed or inspected to sell food or drink, which is why there's no prices on the menu. You pay a fee to enter, maybe you buy some snake oil powder from them, then they just happen to mix it into a "free"… Read more

Ordered a Dragonfruit Bowl & Kale & Apple Slaw. The Kale & Apple Slaw was bright, tangy, a little…read moresweet & crunchy even though it was a side dish. I would order it again! Some pieces of Kale were getting brown so I threw them away. The Dragonfruit Bowl was pretty sweet as I think the base wasn't unsweetened? The combo of all the fruit made it even more sweet & I even omitted the honey drizzle. I ate it at home so I added unsweetened Kefir & more Granola. The portion size they give is smaller than other Acai Bowl places so I don't think it was worth $10.99. If they filled up the container as other places do, I'd consider buying it again. A day before, I ordered a large, Avocolada Green Smoothie but omitted the lime juice, coconut & no Turbinado Sugar. The clerk asked if I wanted more pineapple instead so I said "Sure!". He added some & it was definitely slushy & tart. I couldn't taste the creamy Avocado nor Spinach & Kale? It was refreshing, slushy & tart but when I got home I ended up adding Orange Juice. I've had the other Green Smoothie before which has more body & sweetness. This one was flat. I've had their breakfast wraps before & those are tasty. Service is prompt, location is convenient off the highway & the store is tidy.

This review has been overdue. Last month, after an early valentine's lunch, my aunt and uncle went…read moreoff in search of aguas frescas and mangonadas nearby while my cousin and I hunted for a dessert spot that was a little different. that spontaneous search led us to Just Smash'em--and it turned out to be a sweet find. The concept is simple but appealing: fun, unique combinations of sweet treats that lean slightly toward the lighter side. Think açaí bowls, waffles, and snackable options that could easily double as breakfast or a light meal. I ordered the Berry Good Bowl with açaí, oat milk, strawberries, blueberries, banana, pineapple, granola, almonds, and Nutella. In hindsight I could've skipped the banana and granola, but it was still delicious. The fruit tasted fresh, the sweetness was balanced, and the açaí base held up surprisingly well on the drive home. My cousin went for the Belgian waffle with banana and Nutella--the waffle he has been searching for in the first place--and it did night disappoint. Service was warm and patient while we navigated the menu, and we even got to chat briefly with David, the young lady went. He shared that the business started as a food truck before growing into this standalone shop. The nice young ladies at the counter even offered us to take a flower from their vase of pink carnations for the Valentines. It's a cozy spot with a welcoming I've, even with yea small arts-and-crafts area for kids that makes it feel like a neighborhood hangout. A fun kitty dessert stop when you're craving something sweet but a bit different. We'll definitely be back to try more.

Feeling lazy? Come here and you will get the vibe and the will…read more Never seen so many people working out at once. Amazing little city of health. They know what they are doing. Free private parking behind the Legend outdoor small mall. Next to major highway, easy find. Huge enough to spot off the highway. Cafe, comfy hang outs with plug ins, a hair salon greet you at entrance. Came to check out the double swimming pools, both open almost all year round, indoor and out. Clean, buzzing, kids are very well kept away from adults, indoor pickle ball with open play hours. Immaculate Indoor basketball court made me want to play Locker rooms even have a lounge inside with tv They provide towels and all sorts of things you do not have to pack. Upstairs greets you with massage chairs, stretch tables, plenty of space for weight machines, treadmills, you name it.

The prices for a cafe at the sophisticated Lifetime Fitness (rock wall, hot sauna, dry sauna,…read moreraquetball, water slides, hot tubs, pool, personal trainers, yoga, Pilates- what else do you need?) are unexpectedly affordable. We tried the Turkey Burger, Mediterranean Pizza, Frittata of the Day, and the Catalina Avocado Toast. All for around $30. Enough to feed 3. Of course, being in Lifetime Fitness, you can expect the food to be healthy. The chefs that make most everything in house are also knowledgeable about healthy diets and the specific nutrition within their dishes. Usually pretty quiet, nice place to fuel up before a workout or better yet as a healthy reward afterwards. Turkey Burger on Pretzel bread was moist and lightly seasoned. Pretzel buns can often be stuff and too dense, but they did it right here! At $4, the Frittata was small but satisfying- California style with bacon and peppers. The Catalina Avocado Toast had fresh mozzarella, ripe tomato sliced, and delicious avocado atop multigrain toast. Tasty! Last but not least was the Mediterranean Pizza. Cauliflower crust was crispy and tasty. Fresh arugula, kale, mushrooms, and zucchini did not make the crust soggy like lots of vegetables in pizza tends to do. Decent serving size for $12 (we added chicken for a few more dollars). LifeCafe has a menu with variety, plus rotating daily specials. For something even quicker, they have premade meals that you can take to-go or they will microwave it for you. And they make those all in-house as well, so freshness should not be a problem! The employees were friendly and welcoming of any questions we had. A great experience, will have to try the healthy drinks and smoothies sometime!
