They didn't seem all hat busy when I was in there, so I'm not sure what "walk ins are welcome" really means to them. Is it, you're welcome to walk in and make an appointment? Or, if we feel like we aren't busy to include our 10-15 minute break, we'll take you? I'm not really sure. While this sounds negative, it's really just an annoyance and why they lost one of my stars.

I only ever expect a cut, so my first time there was interesting! She did the cut well, and followed with the massage that only usually comes at higher end places (in my experience). I make it a point to only go here for a cut. All guys know how hard it is to find a barber who does a cut the way they like, and when you find that one, you stick with that one. Customer service is always on point here, and I'll wait for Sue, no matter how long the line is.
