They allow their florists to have their own creativity and create bonds with their customers. If there are 5 florists there is 5 unique styles. A customer my gravitate more to 2 of their styles while the next customer my gravitate more toward the other three as an example which is something that I think is amazing out of a shop because a cookie cutter floral shop doesnt allow creativity for the florist and if you don't get to use your creativity and passion in your work the outcome suffers.
