They allow their florists to have their own creativity and create bonds with their customers. If there are 5 florists there is 5 unique styles. A customer my gravitate more to 2 of their styles while the next customer my gravitate more toward the other three as an example which is something that I think is amazing out of a shop because a cookie cutter floral shop doesnt allow creativity for the florist and if you don't get to use your creativity and passion in your work the outcome suffers. There are flower shops who will cheat a customer who they think will never be the wiser. Cundiff's Flowers florists knows every customer is important and any customer may see the work even when ordered from out of town or out of state and they put their name on that piece and want to be proud of it.
