Sadly, the $65 I spent ($50 for flowers, plus delivery and tax) got me a blue vase, six red roses, three white carnations, and some greenery. They sent me a photo (see below) which I'd requested and that was nice. It's the only reason I gave them three stars (I would have given them two if not for this customer service). I asked if they could add a few more carnations so there would be more white in the arrangement. Carnations are one of the cheapest flowers so I wasn't asking for much, but they sent the arrangement as pictured with just the three. I think the whole thing looks cheap and thrown together, without any creativity at all. I'm very disappointed. I could have gotten two dozen long stemmed roses or a large red, white, and blue arrangement from one of the big online florists. Maybe going with a neighborhood business isn't all it's cracked up to be, or at least it doesn't appear to be with this florist.
