Again, easy, and there's so much inside to look at plus flower pots outside for purchase. The reason for 4 stars was due to the service I witnessed two young men receive from the gentleman working at the counter. He insisted flowers had not been ordered from them and the receipt shown for pick up wasn't for their florist. The young men were pleasant and confirmed the order was placed. I didn't care for the tone of the gentleman speaking with them and purposely held back in case I could help. The young men weren't wrong - they had a boutonnière and corsage, and the name on the order - which had been taken by the same gentleman - had been misspelled. Apparently a similar scenario happened to these young men the weekend before for another school's prom. My mama bear energy was activated - please treat young people with more respect and offer an apology (which was never stated).
