It was so good, I couldn't stop myself. I went around the whole place trying different combinations like a madwoman. I ended up buying a four-piece set--two balsamic vinegars and two olive oils. One of the oils I bought was a jalapeño olive oil, and being a chef, my mind went to all these different places. My brain started to itch thinking about what I could make--different pieces, different marinades, different sauces, different salads. Great selection of alcoholic beverages as well! I also visited it's sister store only a couple of miles away and it's just as good but I feel like this location has a slight Edge over it. I always forget about this place in town since it doesn't feel like a destination, but when you think about going to Scott's for the view, you should think twice and head to the Silver Swan for the food.
