They have some amazing quality flower, but the staff SUCKS. They have so many different strains, so when a dispensary has lots of strains I naturally want to try them all lol. I can't afford to try them all at once though so I like to get a gram of several different strains. The Herbal Cure HATES this. They do not allow you to get more than 4-5 (depending on who is working) different grams and the staff will give you a hard time for it too. This isn't even just when the store is busy, this happens to me when the store is completely empty as well. They can be rude about it too. This goes back at least 5 years too, the first time this happened to me. It was Tim that was the budtender that time and was super rude about it. The most recent time I didn't get the gentleman's name but it was an African American gentleman with long hair, possibly dreads if I remember correctly. At least he wasn't that rude about it, but still. I'd go here wayyyyy more often if I wasn't so intimidated by the staff because of the way I like to buy flower. read more

I just recently moved to Denver, I have friends who go here so I decided to check it out. Sadly, I was told they changed their policy and no longer accept vertical ID's. I turned 21 three months ago and have a vertical Texas ID. Other dispensaries have accepted it without a question asked, with a few just having to get a manager to check it. I'm getting a state ID next week and it won't be vertical so maybe I can try again.. read more

Went into this shop because we heard about their Do-Si-Do winning an award. We bought a quarter of two strains. Didn't realize until we got home that the bud tender didn't give us the correct strain we wanted. Management didn't fix the situation when we went in to tell them. Pretty bummed out we didn't get to try the Do-Si-Do. Especially since we flew here from out of town. read more

I went in with a friend and I have yet to make a purchase but my first experience definitely will have me back. The bud tender was VERY kind, glass pieces were plentiful, product selection was immaculate, prices are fair, location is easily accessible, and you feel safe leaving at night. We went there on a recommendation, very nice people, beautiful experience. However, the flower was super wet, and the essential extract was very weird tasting (not in a good way). I love this dispensary. I have tried a few others in town, but this one is close to my house and easily accessible. Besides the convenience, the staff is so knowledgeable and they have the products I want. I just moved to Colorado so this is a new thing for me as I have never consumed this before and I simply told them I was a newbie and they sprung into action and worked with me to understand what I liked and what to do. They are so friendly, the facility is comfortable, and they take debit cards (works like an ATM but you don't have to pull cash out yourself and then pay them). They take care of everything. Selection and covid regulations were good quality but I did feel like I was treated with a bit of condescension/paternalization by one of the employees. I asked about a specific product I had not seen before for more insight into the quality of it and this employee ignored my question and redirected me to the gummy edibles, explaining basically what a gummy edible was to me, without giving me any space to let him know that I was very well aware of what gummy edibles are/had already tried all of these brands he was explaining to me in detail (as though I had absolutely no knowledge base). I understand that it is the job of employees to educate about the products but this felt very patronizing, and like he made an assumption about my experience with THC based on my appearance (and made no effort to ASK). Taking into account the stressors going on right now for everyone, this is just a thought on how to better interact with customers/people. read more

This used to be a great place for medical patients. No more. Sad to say that the focus has moved to the recreational side of the Herbal Cure and med patients are shuffled to the tiny room in the back with limited products. My budtender actually told me that the Herbal Cure only tests recreational products, and so he had no clue about the potency of the flower available to medical patients. Just as bad, med patients are offered only a handful of flower varieties choices, sad compared to what it used to be just a couple months ago. I wonder if the business has new owners? Sad to say I will be moving on. My advice: If you have medical needs look elsewhere. read more

The easy to find locations and parking lot made going by myself a lot easier. The outside looks cool, and the inside vibe is all pretty easy going. Good selection and friendly atmosphere. I have been helped by mostly everyone but find some employees aren't very helpful. The employees tend to be always joking around which puts the customers in second place attention wise. Otherwise the service is good for the most part. They have a separate rooms for Med and Rec. It's always bustling but have not had to wait more than 10 minutes. Recommended for those in the area. read more
