I live in Irvine and I am thankful that he came all the way from L.A. to do the work. Jerry and Silbia showed up right on time (even earlier). These guys were very professional, extremely hardworking, polite, honest and trustworthy. The work they do is superior quality. Jerry knows what he's doing and is very knowledgeable, they are also well- prepared for the task at hand. They have everything in their mobile van and they come fully equipped. After they were done with my car it looked like I just got it from the dealer. My car looked 10 years younger - those hideous spider webs were completely gone. They did not just took out the scratches but they detailed, buffed and polished the entire car. I was not expecting that. Thank you for an exceptional service! I texted Jerry a little after 11am that I've arrived to my location and asked where he was. He texted me back stating that he has equipment trouble and to rearrange a different day. Call me old fashioned but I believe equipment should've been checked the night before prior to meeting a client and also if the morning of equipment was found not working the client should be notified immediately and not last minute. I thought that was very unprofessional. Finally met up with Jerry at my location on Wednesday and he cleaned my car. I did a quick check around the car while he was pointing out the stains that were removed on the car seats and to air dry the car by leaving doors open. Most of the exteriors were cleaned and the interiors were nice and shiny after the clean. He did mention that stains may lift again in a couple days even after being cleaned. After he left, I see that he completely missed the front bumper leaving oil stains and other dirty marks on the front bumper. The small space by the trunk where the leaves collect were still dirty. I texted Jerry the pictures of the spots he missed and he stated he can come a different day to clean it off. I arrived to my location after we've established a time and day and I texted him. Again, he cancelled the last minute. Again, we've set another time/day and he finally cleaned off the spots that he missed including removing the stains that lifted. Overall, he did a great job with my car and removed the stains from my car seats. He did keep his word and cleaned off the spots that he missed and also removed the stains that lifted. The only thing that kept me from giving the 5 stars was that I thought it was very unprofessional of Jerry to cancel that last minute. Twice. I still do recommend his service, however, make sure you double check your car prior to him leaving and I would text him ahead of time to make sure he is coming.

I tested it under various conditions--after drying the car post-wash, during both daytime and nighttime applications, and as a waterless touch-up. In every scenario, it consistently left oily residue, streak marks, and unsightly oil/water marks on the paint. A word of caution: avoid using this product on front windows. When it rains, the mixture of oil and water creates visible marks that impair visibility. Driving directly in the sun becomes hazardous, as the window becomes blurry and difficult to see through. I would not recommend this product. It definitely does not compare to the Chemical Guys Speed Wipe. According to their staff their product performs better and it does not. The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. I have encountered some of the best gentlemen ever (specifically Sergio, Caesar, and Noah) They are attentive, patient, and kind. Those qualities are difficult to find in customer service these days. These guys dont know me from Adam, yet they all have gone out of their way in one form or another for me. I appreciate that & the brief conversations more than they know. With that... I will say the one interaction I encountered with an older gentleman was quite trying. I was driving a rental & he refused to let me go through. Even after I explained I was returning the rental that evening & did not want to return it dirty.... He was very adamant about it..
