Mass opening Car Wash places expanding. Cons Their calibration on the wipes are touch the car too closely and scratched multiple cars (mine included). The scratch is not one side, but from both side of the bumper that drags a deep cut all the way near the tire. I've reported this problem to the employee before leaving the car wash. Employees also mentioned their cars has been scratched and they're not going to wash it there themselves either anymore (that's pretty bad for employees to happen too). I've reported the problem and scratched areas. Been waiting for over 3+ weeks and no reply. I tried calling but to only get an AI System to pick up the calls. It said it's still being reviewed and will respond back shortly (I called 4 times already and still have to wait). They were giving out free car wash from newly opened locations, which ended (probably testing their calibration on public cars). Their Air Freshener is $1 which is cheap, but not worth it. After washing the car we usually open the AC and not the window so we won't leave streaks. The Air Freshener only lasted 2 hours and there's no smell after. The price is expensive too for a single wash, only good if you buy their monthly plan. Other places are cheaper and competitive pricing or monthly plans. But of course, the more you wash the better deal you get out of it. Sticking to Hand Wash, Coin Wash or Touchless. I wash my car weekly and that one time I wanted to try and wash because I lived near the area (bad decision) I get double scratch bumper on same exact area on both sides. Pros Quick Wash Multiple Selection on Types of Wash (a bit expensive on single wash, but cheaper if you sign up with a monthly plan) A rack of selection on Air Freshener Friendly Employees and Knowledgeable Has free Wet Towels for you to wipe your car A basket for used Towels Strong Vacuum to clean out your floor or seats Air-Pressure to blow the dust or small area out Restroom for those who needs it P.S. I used to wash my car at the same exact location every week or bi-weekly before they changed to this company and I had 0 problems on both my cars. No scratches, no streaks, no rings, no dents, or etc...im taking my business else where, they need to fix the problem for others too and take responsibility on my scratched areas especially if they're mass opening on different locations.

There was soap residue left all over the exterior, so I basically had to wipe the entire car down after the service. The interior was even worse. The interior dressing was over-applied, leaving the doors drenched and greasy, and it wasn't evenly applied at all. Instead of a clean finish, I had to wipe off excess dressing just to make the interior look acceptable. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not worth the cost.

I have encountered some of the best gentlemen ever (specifically Sergio, Caesar, and Noah) They are attentive, patient, and kind. Those qualities are difficult to find in customer service these days. These guys dont know me from Adam, yet they all have gone out of their way in one form or another for me. I appreciate that & the brief conversations more than they know. With that... I will say the one interaction I encountered with an older gentleman was quite trying. I was driving a rental & he refused to let me go through. Even after I explained I was returning the rental that evening & did not want to return it dirty.... He was very adamant about it.. Finally, after 5 minutes of back & forth the gentleman from the other lane told him "let her go through Bro" & he did. I have not seen that particular man again, Thank goodness!! WHY SUNDAY?: i was always wishing there was a convenient carwash close to home, and sun day carwash happened to fill that need. i also snagged a great promo off of an instagram ad for half off their highest subscription tier for a yr, $25 a month for unlimited "premium" washes. WHAT LACKS: vacuums, babe there's not many stalls. i believe, the car wash portion is the weakest portion. i had this splash of hot dirt that got stuck to my driver side door after my vacation in vegas. it took a few washes to see any change :P i will say though my car wasn't dusty, my windows and mirrors were very clean and clear, and their free air fresheners kept my car smelling tidy. while my car wasn't 100% free of stains, it was sparkling and very comfortable after a wash. however, i would hate to be paying per individual wash, this would be a horrible value! subscription is the only way to go here. having the highest tier currently, i don't think you will notice a difference at a lower tier. i don't believe that my car has been washed significantly better, especially given that the mud stain was barely touched after a wash. anyways my car still gets dirty every week, making sunday carwash, now, a weekly tradition for me. the frequency of washes are important, i don't think they offer significant quality differences between washes. the value comes from washing weekly, so 100% skip on the premium upsell and individually paid washes. things i love: the service is good, the team members ive spoken to at check-in have been kind, and every sunday, the car wash has been giving catered food items with each car wash. so far, ive seen different handcrafted drinks, sweet treats and snack-sized food items, all catered by local vendors from near and far(think palmdale). i have very very much enjoyed the sunday events, getting to chat with small businesses about their cuisine makes me excited to try it. ive tried cantonese fried chicken that wow'd me with flavor, and amazing agua frescas packed with flavor. as a yelp foodie, the eclectic selection has been the strongest and most unique part about this car wash. like, who says, "my car wash is having empanadas with car washes today"... ummm hello? that's so crazy unique i love it. i wish the car wash portion was better, especially given that this is a carwash after all, but the everything around it is nice. as well, vacuums have been a skip for me every time because, usually, every stall is taken. the car wash is a three-star babe, but the experience is leaning towards 4.5, which avgs to four stars for you sunday!

I went ahead and rinsed my car off since I put the $4 in. After that I called the owner to tell him that it was not working properly. He'd said he'd Zelle me four dollars back and I thought that was that. But no.... On my drive home he called my cell phone three times. I don't like using my phone while i'm driving but I picked it up and he was mad as hell and said he reviewed the tape and saw that I got four minutes worth of washing. I tried to explain to him that rinsing my car off with low pressure and washing it are two different things, but he continued yelling at me. He said everything is working fine but he'll see when he starts getting more calls or goes there. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner, who was very friendly and even took us out for a test drive. The car was in great shape, especially considering it's over 10 years old. We worked with the owner's brothers, Vic and Mel, for financing. I hadn't asked ahead of time what documents were needed, so we came a little unprepared. Thankfully, Vic and Mel were extremely patient as we gathered everything they needed and walked us through the process. Overall, it was a great experience--and the best part?
