Usually conducive for work but summers can see a lot of kids at the work space. The phone booths help for quiet calls but the lights are too low for conference calls. Overhead music is too loud during the workday and gets picked up on my conference calls. It's a great space and a nice group of people but sometimes it's not a great work space for those reasons.
