All I had to do was bring it to them and they printed me off a receipt and told me to keep it. This is located in a shopping center. They do have a pretty large parking lot. The people in the UPS store always smiling and and helpful The only thing that grates on my nerves is when people are acting Entitled and like to park right in the front of the UPS store, which is basically where people are driving. If I don't go to this UPS store, I sometimes go to the one on Helena Road but that one is next to a smoke shop so it smells horrible when you go in there. I know UPS office offer service services. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Grace has even helped me carry packages out to my car. And let's not forget that when I misplaced my keys, they were so helpful.
