I have purchased several items over the years at this store. I put a mattress on lay away with a $150.00 deposit. It was not pointed out that lay always are non-refundable. When I went to see if I could get my deposit back, Wendy came down with the contract pointing out what the contract said. She was matter of fact and was very dismissive. I know that I should have read the lay away contract more closely and I have no other recourse. EXCEPT TO SAY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. We just moved here from the Seattle area. We weren't sure what to think of the past reviews, but saw they were old, so we went in. I'm so glad we did. We were able to furnish our entire house for less than the other stores in town AND they had everything available so we didn't have to wait months on end like we found at the other stores. Kaitlin helped us and was amazing. The entire staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to buy there again. read more

Purchased a $1200 table from the Home Center. They delivered it and we put it together a few days later. After putting the table together we noticed on the corner of the table that the stain was cracking and chipping away. We immediatly called the Home Center and spoke with several people about the problem. Finally we were directed to a manager who said they would sent someone out in a couple days to look at the damage to see if it could be fixed or if they would have to replace it. The scheduled day rolled around and I had someone stay home all day to wait for them, they never showed and they never called. I have called a few times sense and they have yet to show up and take care of the issue. So I am left with a $1200 table with chipping stain. I will never return to this place and I will make sure non of my friends shop this store as well. Buyers beware! read more

Eh. Not good, not bad. They have a good selection of furniture, arranged how a rational person would expect a furniture store to be arranged, so it is easy to imagine how it'd look in your own living room or how pieces go together, etc. They often have pretty good mattress sales, and I know many people who have purchased mattresses from them and have been happy. That said, I would have put down 5 stars, but their sales people are pushy. If you tell them you're just looking or you do not need assistance, they apparently assume you can't afford anything and harass you about their financing options and follow you around 'just in case you have any questions'. This has been my experience both times I've been in their store. I much prefer to shop for myself and if I have any questions, find a salesman myself. I really don't need to be followed just in case. Both times I've looked at their store for furniture, I wound up going elsewhere because of their sales people. read more

Very push and over bearing sales people wouldn't not take the hint didnt want to buy a couch right then especially from a catalogue. They even called me at 11pm and left me a message which I thought was weird being so late. Then when I said I went some where else the were very rude. Highly not recommend going there. read more

Visited the Moses Lake store, very neatly arranged and customer service greeted me as I walked in! Directed me to mattress I was looking for. We own apartments that we furnish.The Home center regularly has deals ranging from value priced to mid range. We have frequently made bedding and lamp purchases and have been impressed with the service after the sales (even years later). Would recommend this to anyone. read more
