Both Friday and Saturday passed and not even a call to tell me what is happening with the gifts I need for tomorrow!!!! Tried calling and no answer, emailed both days and no answer. What kind of place has this turned into? I have been a customer for decades and understand the new situation we live in 05'2020 but not even a call??? Extremely disappointed. May never come back. UPDATE: finally got a call from Kathy today (Monday) apologizing for the mix up. Offered me free delivery service worth $30 and a $25 gift certificate.
