This store had all of the home essentials from lawn care items, like flowers, plants and fertilizer to barbecue grills, stoves refrigerators and more. I was impressed with the home decor items, they sell some really pretty and eclectic light fixtures as well as a lot of options for anyone looking to redo cabinets or vanities ect. My issue was customer service, it was hard to find. I had questions and when I did find someone they just pointed and basically provided no aisle number or real help in locating the item. I noticed hiring signs so perhaps they are short staffed, or overwhelmed but I hope they realize customer service is required if you want repeat business from customers.

Lots of DIY projects lately. First project to clean up these stools with Home Depot paint. Had them tint one of the wood stains for me (Behr brand) in Atlantic navy. Came out great & I didn't have to sand off the original stain which was a time saver. Second was a blanket ladder. Found some measurements on Pinterest and went to Home Depot for supplies. The guys cut the wood for me which cut down greatly on the time to prepare and assemble.

This place is massive. I mean the kind of place to buy a shower or toilet and still get your 10k steps in for the day. I am happy to say enough staff that is proportional to the size of the store. If you are a novice or non commercial professional, it can be overwhelming, but plenty of team members to help Overall, a very clean and well spaced out location

I popped in to grab a few things for the office. The store is organized. It was a little difficult to find someone to assist me with locating an item. When I did, he just pointed me in the direction I needed to go. Typically, associates will walk with you to the particular department. I guess that's asking for too much here. Checkout was quick because they have several self check out registers. I do like the list of How To Clinics listed by the entrance.

    Trim installed upside down....brilliant.

Way less busy than the other two Home Depots in SC we have been to. I was able to get efficient and competent help promptly. THANK GOODNESS.

I judge any business or service not just on the initial product or service that I purchase, but…read morealso (or even more so) on their response to issue(s) that may occur after purchase. My concern, in this case, is with the latter. I purchased a refrigerator from Plugs, deciding to try them over a "big box" store to see if there was a benefit from doing so. I also bought their three-year warranty. The initial purchase experience was okay, with Plugs' price being about the same or slightly higher, than a comparable purchase from a "big box," taking into account all costs - basic price, delivery and warranty. I recently experienced a problem where the water dispenser was dripping; additionally, some food in the refrigerator would freeze up (I keep the refrigerator at a recommended temperature). No big deal, I thought, until I tried to utilize the warranty to get these issues addressed. I will try not to fill up this review with too much detail, but this was likely my worst experience dealing with an appliance issue in my more than 40 years as a homeowner. This was the first time that I tried to use the warranty. I was unable to get any documentation on the warranty when I first bought the refrigerator (there is just the phrase, "3 year term," on the invoice), so I called Plugs to report the problem and request service. The person with whom I spoke gave me the name of the warranty company. I called the latter and was able to get an appointment for service. However, on the scheduled service date, no one showed up. I stayed home, wasting the day. I called the appliance repair company directly several times, but no one returned my call. I followed up with another call to Plugs, spoke to someone, but no one got back to me. I then filled out a form online, and a "manager" did call me. There was another delay, and I needed to call back a few more times. The "manager" commented that dealing with the warranty company is like dealing with an insurance company (the warranty company actually seemed more like a "call center" to me), which takes time. I was then given the name of another repair company, called them, and finally had the repair completed. I give the appliance technician eventually assigned a good mark for his quality of work. Start-to-end for getting a seemingly straightforward repair completed took more than 3 1/2 weeks, with wasted hours, and needless aggravation on my part. Plugs, in their commercials, distinguish themselves from "big box" stores. I suggest that Plugs should, instead, try to learn from the big box stores, namely, that the full life cycle of an appliance purchase is what's important to customers, not just what gets delivered on Day 1.

I showed her a copy of the web site and she informed me they did not have any (of those). I asked why I was able to put 2 in my cart and was informed the internet website does not work. In the past, we've gone to Lowe's but the appliance repair guy who pulled the plug (pun intended) convinced us to check out this appliance retailer as they stand behind their installations, as well as offering competitive pricing. It's part of the same strip that houses Sesame Burgers and several other small retailers. We were warmly greeted and though the gentleman we were told to ask for was running late, Chip suggested that we look around and that he would answer our questions. The showroom was not large, but, the refrigerator selection appeared to be adequate. Our decision was quick in that a 33", 25 cubic foot fridge, was now considered a special order. We had no time to spare. Chip was able to schedule delivery the next day on a GE with French doors and bottom load freezer the next day. Sold! We received a delivery confirmation that evening and a text message the next morning with a delivery window. Installation was a breeze. Plugs employs their own installers. By noon the next day, I was happily on my way, re-stocking my new fridge and freezer. I was always a big-box shopper but now I'm sold on 'the little guy.' You will be, too. Make Plugs your first stop when shopping for a new home appliance.
