I would call Blossom Gas or another local company. The repair was completed but never use them and please do your homework because they are way overpriced. Hearthside Hearth and Granite were able to locate the type of granite I required in India and when it arrived it was a perfect match for my existing hearth. This was fortunate because the hearth came damaged. Even though I didn't need the hearth Hearthside refunded me $400 for the damaged piece. I thought that was fair. As it ended up I had to use one of the broken pieces of the hearth to make new granite legs for the sides of my fireplace. So everything worked out very well. I would definitely order from these fine folks again.

That the work would be top quilty and professional. When the countertops were installed the caulking was not done correctly and some areas not done at all. I called Chris the installation manager about the issue but he refused to return my call. I had to take time off from work to go to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops about the issue. Even then I was not able to speak to Chris or any manager about the issue. When they came back to install the backsplash they brought the wrong backsplash to my house. Then when they did bring the right backsplash it was not what I had approved. It was missing an outlet cutout that I had called out on the slabsmith. I was reassured by Nayeli that the outlet was not missing and would be cutout. Now I'm stuck with a slab that I didn't approve. Went back to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops and asked to speak to a manager. Again I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manger about it. The missing outlet that the installer had to cut out because they didn't do it at the warehouse b Poor quality and not professional.

It doesn't have too many of the grand random "statement-piece" finds that you'll find in a Tier A store but it's still plenty of fun to look around. Mainly writing as a friendly reminder to the staff that customers can still hear them when they walk behind an aisle. I don't know what magical sound-proof dimension they think we transcend into when we are just a few feet away but it's really pretty tacky to talk condescendingly about customers who drop hundreds in your store weekly :) to quote one employee "I can fake it all day but..." I'm sorry if my questions about a product bothered you. I certainly wasn't trying to be "annoying." But other than the employee gossip making customers feel embarrassed and ashamed for asking simple questions -- who doesn't love HomeGoods? ;)
