    The Home Depot on Fort Worth Avenue First I'd like to give a super thanks to Mr Sam , who works at the Pro Desk for helping me to order this gas clothes dryer. That seems to be really hard to find in the City of Dallas. The best part at shopping with Home Depot is the app. The app tells you so much information even before you get to the store. So if you haven't downloaded the Home Depot app you're doing yourself a disfavor.

    The website said they have 136 of the 20 rebar in stock so I went as soon as they opened. Go to the pro services desk to pay for it and get the ticket and the cashier tells me it's over on the shelf. I said no there's no room over there for a 20 ft piece of rebar. I said last time I paid for it here and then took the receipt around the side of the building to the cage and handed it to them and they brought it out to me. She had to walk away to talk to somebody at three or four times. They paged a lumber associate at least 3 times. Then the lady that the cashier kept going to talk to came over and said that they don't have any. I said the website says you have 136. She said they're in the cage now and looking at them and they are all damaged. How do you damage REBAR???? I asked why there are 136 showing in stock on the website and she said because they didn't know they were damaged. Has there been a tornado I haven't heard about? She said they'll get new ones in and I asked how I'll know the new ones are there if it already shows 136 in stock? She said the people working in there are going to zero it out so if I check the website again and it shows some in there it will be the new stock. And no of course they have no idea when the shipment will be here. So I asked for a refund of course. And the cashier can't give me a refund and I have to go to customer service halfway across the building. NOW try to make customer service understand that you are getting a refund on an item you don't have because the store didn't have it. That took a while. Then she calls a guy over and she's going to have him go check the cage I said there's already people in there they've checked it -- they don't have any. I don't want to waste any more time, I just want my refund. I was there at 6am. And as you can see from the photo below the website is still showing 133 in stock. So do they have them or not?? What happened to the other three? Are they the only ones that were damaged? Or did they sell three to somebody else after telling me they didn't have any?

    Worst Home Depot ever cannot believe with a store full of employees it take over an hour to bring some tile down truly deserves 0 stars

We agreed on Wednesday morning and that I would be the first delivery of the day. I called again today to confirm and said it's on its way. They would sell the one in stock but it was scratched. They told us to call every Friday to check inventory to see if it would come in, but they could not order the table for us. We did call and it was a hassle since they had a hard time looking for the SKU number every time. I said screw it and moved along. I googled the SKU number and found Canales Furniture had it in stock from their online store. We really thought it was too good to be true because we had looked everywhere for that style table and no one had it. I went ahead and called either way to see. We talked to Perla from the main number on the website. She was extremely nice and very helpful in ordering the table. We ordered the table on a Friday and the table was available to pick up on coming Tuesday! Best of all, we didn't even have to go to the store to order the table, all done over the phone. I opened box and set up box, sure enough it was the same table we saw at the dump. Not only that, we saved $200 ordering through Canales. We are very happy with this table. I highly recommend Canales Furniture and speak with Perla. I can't speak for other team members but her. Best service we have gotten through a furniture store.

Delivery times were not as arranged causing inconvenience as we spent all day waiting for a no show. Delivery service people were outstanding but washer and dryer were larger than expected and protrude out 2 inches farther than old set. Cooktop fit into space just fine but the knobs were a different color than expected and the alternate set did not fit on the posts built in on the cooktop. The double ovens were taller than the available space, so we are paying to have a contractor work on the cabinetry above the ovens to make them fit. The Maytag set has a WiFi set up to tell you when the clothes cycles are completed. The chime signal is inaudible so you must have your phone handy while doing laundry is you want to know when clothes are finished washing or drying. We are very unhappy about this feature and wouldn't have bought the set if our salesman had clued us in beforehand. We voiced our concerns to Andrew and he never bothered to reply. We went to management and they did return our calls and were "very sorry" for our troubles but did nothing to rectify the situation. We will never do business with this company again and neither should you.

I became aware of Expressions in the past because they were one of the few stores that carried Miele after the Miele corporate showroom closed. They have a very nice mixture of super high end appliances and fixtures and those of the more mundane rudimentary variety. It's unfortunate that their branch location in Southlake closed, but I will continue to patronize their main location off Dragon St. If you're still going to Home Depot & Lowe's for your appliances you're missing a lot of alternative options which are usually more stylish. Not to say their is anything wrong with big box outlets, but I can only stomach so many different Samsungs and LGs repackaged pretending to be something else. The pricing is always very fair and consistent with AJ Madison or other online retailers, but with all the accoutrements of a real retail experience. I don't know if they offer any sort of in house financing etc, which for some people might be a deal breaker, but just get yourself a good American Express card that features an extended warranty and you'll be fine.

When I was checking out, a young man named Gabriel was taking care of me. He told me how he could save me $5 just for becoming a member and then could earn points over time. I was buying less than $10 worth of screws, so I was glad to share my number to save the $5. He had the most positive, upbeat attitude. Often times, younger generations act disconnected and unhappy. Gabriel was very helpful and made my day better with our interaction. He's a great example of what customer service should be. Great job, Gabriel! Keep it up!

WHO ORDERS AN ONLINE PURCHASE TO BE SHIPPED FOR PICKUP? The website needs to clarify that they do NOT ship purchases like NORMAL businesses do. Zero stars, cannot recommend. They need to clarify that it ships to store like real stores do. My other online accounts specify if you are having it shipped to a store for pickup or having it shipped to your home. Elliot's does not.
