I asked what the latest delivery time was and all they said was until the last delivery. Well I ended up sleeping on the couch because they never showed up. I got a call in the morning telling me they never gave the order to get delivered. I was told it would get done today. No eta. I asked if i still had to pay delivery and Alexis my sales guy said he would get it reduced for the inconvenience. No eta so again I can't plan on going somewhere because I could have to leave in the middle of my plans. Delivery got here at 2 I was charged full price and I just opened the box to the headboard and its the wrong color! Horrible experience horrible customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new dining room set & living room set I would've gone back but I'm definitely staying far away. A good business would've at least delivered for free after they messed up. Instead I got ripped off and the wrong product. Buyer beware and stay away from a company that only wants a quick sale not a loyal happy customer.

If you're looking for used washers/dryers, this is THE place in El Paso. I bought a pair of washers and dryers and the prices were very reasonable. The machines were also in amazing shape. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at. They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them. Go support this honest local business! Because I liked Carlos', knowledge, professionalism, and clean work ethic, I told him I was going to request permission from my Home Warranty co to schedule Mr Appliance to assess issues with our Thermador microwave, and I was requesting only Carlos to be sent. I very easily was granted authorization because none of the techs sent out previously had the experience that Carlos had. He single handedly disassembled the oven unit, that others had hesitated to tackle. Carlos promptly assessed the issue, ordered the parts and today came over, installed the parts and now we have a functional microwave. Yeah!! I can not appreciate enough this gentleman's professionalism, expertise, courteousness and attention to detail. When he drives up, he wipes his feet, lays a pad on the floor where he lays his tools and item he's working on etc. That's very much appreciated. I'll tell you one thing, next time I need service on anything, I'm calling Mr Appliance and requesting Carlos; should he not be available, I'll wait. I like things done right, the first time.
