Store hours say open at 6 am. Waited till 6:20 am. Multiple employees walk by but no one open the doors.

Stay away from this store... Even though they are supposed to be a mask enforced business they are NOT.. The few employees that have one on slinky have them on their chins. No social distancing being enforced at all. The shift manager said". We only can do what we can".... The drive to Lowe's is worth everyone's health and safety. read more

This Home Depot just seems to be in a really weird, however convenient, spot right off I-20 at exit 30 in Greensboro. I guess it's weird because it sits back off the Lake Oconee Highway all alone without any other stores around it; other than it's own gas station, which is also weird. Other than it just being in a weird location this Home Depot store is pretty nice and is stocked with everything you have some to expect to find at a Home Depot. I was happy that they carried a special light bulb I've been looking for, but have been unable to find. The staff here is super friendly, and I was greeted upon waling into the store. I asked another staff member where to go and they pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to get what I came for and get out. I used the self checkouts which were convenient and fast. read more

Super disappointed with delivery of a refrigerator we ordered from HD weeks ago. Folks showed up hours before scheduled and left without contacting us. Ordered an appliance delivery here. The store changed the order and scheduled it without any coordination. When the delivery driver arrived and I was not home, he attempted to extort more money to stay and wait for me to get back home. The manager at the store said there was nothing they could do. read more

This is the worst Home Depot on the planet. The "employees" act like you are interrupting their time by asking any questions. You can hardly get any help, and they don't have the sense or knowledge to answer you when you do get their attention. We wanted to buy a grill, and could not get an answer about delivery. The one we wanted had been in another Home Depot for $399. It was $449 at the Greensboro store, and they would NOT acknowledge the sale price which I thought was across the board store specials at all stores. I will never buy anything here. I will drive an hour and pick it up myself. Please hire some intelligent and customer friendly people. They act like they don't want to even speak with you. And they know nothing about any of your products! I doubt if they even finished high school. read more

My Wife and I recently closed on a home in the area, so we have been in and out of this Home Depot many many times buying supplies for various projects. The Employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We usually prefer to not shop at big box stores, but this Home Depot's staff are just as friendly as any small local store I have ever visited! The staff here gets them 4 stars, and our continued business in the future! read more

I have difficulty walking and make use of store provided mobility scooters to get around in the large warehouse stores. On my last two visits to this Home Depot there were no working mobility scooters. An employee told me there was only one working mobility scooter but she did not know were it was. This was not a very satisfactory response. Lowe's is a 30 minute drive but I'm going to go there from now on. This particular Home Depot is not a "senior citizens" friendly store. read more
