On the day of delivery I got several updates first promising a window of 9:00 to 11:00 and the appointment kept pushing back and back. I finally got a hold of guy who said we will be there at 7:30 tonight . At 9:00 I finally got ahold of them again "Oh were are not coming". No call back for 4 days, By then I was at my home out of state. I am canceling the order and going to Karl's PS called the district manager 3 weeks ago and still have not received a call.

When signing the lease contract, the store manager never went over what type of mattress or any details. If I had known, I would have went with a different type of bed vs. wasting my time and money. My son is a growing teenager and that type of bed is not meant for such. It is made for an average smaller kid. Also, when the delivery employees came to pick up the bed frame they damaged the apartment walls in 2 different spots. Now I'll have to pay for that damage out of my own pocket even though the store manager was sent photos for proof! We just moved into the apartment, so those damaged spots were not there prior. Also, the communication from the staff at Aaron's is very poor throughout. In my experience, Aaron's sells cheap quality furniture for high cost. Overall, I'll never choose Aaron's again!

Not only do they actually have tractor supplies but they also carry an array of other supplies as well. From auto care to a full selection of tools and from equestrian items to live baby chicks, their inventory is larger than you might suspect. Their prices are a little higher than what you'd find at a Home Depot or Lowe's but nothing that will break the bank. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and don't mind stepping away from what they're doing to help a customer out. Additionally, they offer a rewards program, if you choose to subscribe. There are many aspects of this store that make it attractive. However, the one that I truly prefer is that it's the perfect place to find that highly scarce and unique item that your larger retailers don't carry. Stop in, browse, and see what they have that you just can't live without.

I had to pay upfront, was not told when the parts came in, waited months to have it done, and was sorely inconvenienced in the process. I was told several times to drop my phone off overnight as if I couldn't possibly need it. Most businesses have such items in stock at all times. I wouldn't have minded waiting for the part to come in if they had been able to accommodate me by letting me drop it off for an hour or so in an afternoon. Nope, you must drop it off at 8:30 am. The second time I needed a new case I had it fixed at the Dakota Square Mall for about half what I paid to wait and be inconvenienced. I shopped for 20 minutes while they popped on the new case. I attempted to explain how much I wished Bitz had tried to work with me to no avail as I walked out with my first new case. Lesson learned, at least by me.
