Compare that to Menards where it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack to get any one that will help you. Besides, Menards stuck it to us during the oil boom and the flood that we had in 2011. They jacked up their prices over 20% higher than any of the other stores in North Dakota at a time when we really needed building supplies. They had rude people that could care less about you. Home Depot has by far the friendliest people willing to help you find what you need. Great job Home Depot!

    I needed a new stove so went in to take a look at what was offered in store. Wound up purchasing a…read morenew LG stove and Samsung compact microwave. We decided to get a Home Depot credit card because of the zero interest for 18 months. Asked the salesman if there was an annual fee which he had to seek help for that answer. The items are not on hand so they had to be ordered which wasn't a big deal as it was only about a week out. What was a surprise was the fact they wanted to charge $39 for delivery because they don't ship or recommend shipping to the store. Once the item has been delivered there is a strict 48 return window that starts as soon as your item leaves the delivery truck. He did wave the delivery fee because he told us the delivery was free which it wasn't when all the information was entered into his system. The delivery side of things went as so. A text is sent a couple days before so you have an idea when to expect your items. The first delivery time was 830am to 1230pm. A little after 7am on delivery day the new text said 745am to 845am. Opened the link and we were the next stop. They showed up around 910am. There was zero communication from the drivers so I had to rely on the website tracking. I asked them to delivery the stove and microwave to the alley out back which they did. They didn't stay around for the unboxing for me to inspect the items which also left me to dispose of all packaging materials. The Home Depot offers a military discount but it wasn't available on major appliances. So next time I need to make a purchase I will have to really think about buying at Home Depot. Between the narrow 48 timeline for returns if the item is defective, the delivery fee, and not taking the package materials with I will look at supporting a local business instead of the big box store. The prices looked to be the same as the local stores so there was no advantages using Home Depot over a local business.

    This was by far the worst experience I've ever had as a customer anywhere in my entire life. 45…read moreminutes in the store being ignored by employees it told they will be rite back just to see them in another section helping new customers to never return, went to customer service desk to ask for help and was told " we're having an issue with one of the cages so no one can help you ". Another 15 minutes a employees finally acknowledges my existence and ask if I need help to witch I respond " yes I'm trying to buy a surface with the detachable keyboard " immediately walks past me to a lady and starts helping her instead. Another employee comes over finally helps and I am extremly clear that I do not care about price I just need whatever surface they have in stock that has the removable keyboard since I just need the tablet feature.... Tells me the only one they have is 1200. I say I'll take it and I finally depart Best Buy after almost 2 hrs. Get home, open the Bag and package only to find out they had sold me a surface laptop instead of the surface pro after stating/checking multiples times that it had the detachable keyboard.... And Best Buy's solutions to this head ache " we can order one, it will be about 5 days. Anyone can order one online for cheaper then Best Buy and get it faster. The point in going to a physical store is to walk out with the product in hand, especially when your inventory says the item is in stock. The point is not to waste hrs in the store just to be told it has to now be ordered online

The service counter was no better, the guy helping us was not even listening to the questions my husband had, it was like talking to a brick wall, sorry to say that, but it's the truth. had I asked him to repeat what my husband asked he would not have been able to answer. he called another person to help which he did. what a circus! I am so glad we will not be ordering it thought the Minot Store. I think your staff need a shake up, wake up, do your jobs! never will we step foot in Minots store. SAD!!!!

My husband was in need of a chair to help him rest and Aaron's was able to deliver not only the same day but to a hotel! I was very impressed with how quick the process was I never had to set foot in the store! Giving me the ability to care for my husband and not have to worry about anything else!!! I returned the bed frame, but still have to pay for the broken mattress. My son did NOT jump on the bed. The mattress was not made to hold a bigger kid. When signing the lease contract, the store manager never went over what type of mattress or any details. If I had known, I would have went with a different type of bed vs. wasting my time and money. My son is a growing teenager and that type of bed is not meant for such. It is made for an average smaller kid. Also, when the delivery employees came to pick up the bed frame they damaged the apartment walls in 2 different spots. Now I'll have to pay for that damage out of my own pocket even though the store manager was sent photos for proof! We just moved into the apartment, so those damaged spots were not there prior. Also, the communication from the staff at Aaron's is very poor throughout. In my experience, Aaron's sells cheap quality furniture for high cost. Overall, I'll never choose Aaron's again!
