The dad answered the phone and was polite and professional and quickly set up an appt. His son Matt (also very polite and professional and one of two sons in the business) came out for the service call, diagnosed the issue and was promptly back out to replace damaged part after the new part came in. It's hard to know who to call when an appliance fails, but I would definitely call this business again!

It took them two weeks to get the part and show up with it. When they did arrive, they had the wrong part. When I asked them how long it would take to get the right part and come back they were completely non committal. The gist being "Whenever it shows up and then whenever we can schedule you." It is starting to look like it is going to be more than a month from when we first called in the problem on our warranty before they fix anything. Moreover the dishwasher actually worked until their service man came out. After he "worked on it" he assured me that it could no longer be used until he came back with the correct part. It took them two weeks to come out and make the problem worse than it was originally. I spoke to the person who seemed to be in charge over the phone and expressed the opinion that this was rather poor service. His response was that it usually took them even longer than this to perform service and that I should be happy with what I was getting. I have no idea how these people stay in business. I would never voluntarily do business with them again.

I did not see anything that was dirty on this dishwasher, it was 100% cleaned before it came to us. The guy doing the delivery was wonderful, as well as the people in the store, and their prices are great. We got a dishwasher, including delivery, for $90. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience, and will definitely return when we need more appliances!
