I go back to what I thought was the furthest corner and after waiting a couple of minutes behind another customer, I notice part of a sign outside through a garage door that could indicate a pick up site. And that it did. The pick up point was as far away from the entrance doors as it could be without going out into the lumber yard. Seriously?!? Maybe some pick up instructions on the website or near the "Service Desk" or anywhere inside the actual building would be a good idea. IF I ever buy online again I will plan to drive into the lumber pickup lane and save those prercious steps. And that is a very big IF. p.s. I live in St Cloud MN, not Cathedral City.

It took 3 weeks (and several phone calls) to get someone out to take a look. It is now Nov 16th and I haven been waiting since September 14 for the part to arrive/get my dishwasher fixed. I call in every few weeks and continue to be told that the part has shipped and will be in early next week. (I was told that the part shipped on October 2nd and would be in early the following week, when I called on October 26, I was told that the part would ship on October 29th and they would be out early the following week) It is now Nov 16 and Quality is looking into it again. I am expecting that I will be told that the part will be shipping and coming in next week.... Every time I call, I get a new excuse as to why the part is not here yet (the last time I was told that sometimes things get lost (3x now!) Very irritated and will not be buying appliances from Quality in the future.

Only been 5 DAYS but they said it was now only a warranty issue and told us to call their people who fix warranty issues. No I'm sorry this happened to you, we will fix it right away. Nope. They are all too willing to push it off on to someone else. Still no call on when dishwasher will be fixed. Quality still says they won't do anything. No urgency on anyone's part to fix their glaring issue. Now it's been another week and nothing. I'm recommending to my parents we get people to disconnect dishwasher and dump it in their parking lot. Right as I give them notice they are being sued.

(I was told the sales person was just being cautious.) After inquiring (a week later) they couldn't give me a delivery date. I canceled my order and was given a full refund. I am happy about that.... but that's it. This is the short version of what happened. I don't even want to think about all of the broken promises, dirty refrigerators and time consuming phone calls. We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery Series. It wasn't what we originally went in to purchase, but we were strongly swayed to purchase them. We were told that the products service history was so much better than the Magtag's product line. Dumb us, because we believed them. Our ice maker was defective. We learned about the models defective issues after we purchased the appliance. We were given a new replacement model, but it too had the very same defective ice maker in it. Two months after getting the new refrigerator we hand huge issues. it was 6 months before we could get the 2" blanket that went on the back side of the refrigerator to fix the issue. Now my over-sized appliance is sticking another two inches out from the wall. Yeah, real nice fix. At the same time my wonderful Gallery series gas stove crapped out. My husband has taken time off from work 4 times and STILL our dual ovens don't work. This is is now going on over 2 months. Two of the appointments that were scheduled by Benusa.... nobody even showed up. We call and would never get a response phone call back. These new appliances (refrigerator, dual oven gas stove, new dishwasher and new microwave) were suppose to be my dream kitchen. We replaced all of our previous 20 year old appliances that STILL were working for what was supposed to me by stainless steel dream appliances. We have had them less than 3 years and they and the horrible service has been less than a dream. My final comments would be "buyer beware" horrible products and even worse service.

We've used Omega Force Appliance Repair twice -- once last fall for a KitchenAid refrigerator…read moretapping noise (Adam did a great job diagnosing and fixing that one), and more recently for an LG washer throwing an "IE" error code. Adam correctly diagnosed the second issue as a clogged water inlet valve, but the $129 diagnostic visit only identified the problem and quoted repair costs -- $385 for a new valve assembly plus installation -- rather than attempting any fix on-site. We ended up buying the OEM part ourselves ($133) and found the cold-water screen inside the old valve packed solid with sludge. (Adam also took a picture of this as he showed me, as well). A quick rinse under a sink tap likely would have resolved it. My husband installed the new part himself and the washer runs perfectly. I called Omega Force afterward to ask about this and was told diagnosing and quoting repairs -- not attempting minor on-site fixes -- is standard company procedure. Worth knowing before you book: you're paying for a diagnosis and an estimate, not hands-on troubleshooting. Good technical knowledge, but manage your expectations on what the visit actually includes.
