Ordered a gallon of deck stain through Home Depot's website for store pickup. Picked it up and went to use it. Should have been semi transparent walnut brown so the wood grain still showed. After applying it to a bit of my deck I was concerned how light it was so I stopped applying it. Let it dry. There is no color to it. Just a clear coat on my deck. The store forgot to add tint to it. Instead of receiving walnut brown stain I got a gallon of "tintable neutral base" (i.e. clear). Contacted customer support and they confirmed online orders just get a can off the shelf. They don't tint it. THEN WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU LETTING ME SELECT COLORED STAIN TO BEGIN WITH. Seriously disappointing. read more

I went through Home Depot to do two remodels at home. First one was a flooring and honestly I gave 5 star to them the lady who takes care of this project was very responsible and was all the time helping us with the delivery and coordinating with the installer. The installers do a good job in a short term. I gave to Home Depot 5 stars. The other remodeling was a new countertop the lady who take the project was totally absent to support us. The company who sell the countertops very bad. So I gave to Home Depot only one star. I don't from Home Depot a note like : "I am sorry you had a bad experience.......bla ..bla", I hope Home Depot talk to the lady in charge of the countertops and track her how important is a customer and how to manage a project. She needs to do like the lady who works in flooring. The crew of Hispanic installers of the countertop was awesome. So if you don't need financing my advise : go to a shop of granite and you will get a better attention. read more

The fact that Home Depot still carries and endorses Jeld-Wen windows when there are thousands of complaints on Yelp, Better Business Bureau, Reddit, and Houz is unconscionable. The screens don't fit. The glazing is all over the window. Go ahead and order double hung flanges on your picture window - you still get the same frame for sliders so you have this channel that collects dirt. We have called Jeld-Wen about these problems and they say there is nothing they can do, "the screens just don't fit" and "it's our manufacturer". read more

You know what these guys did? One of their employees transportation is a bicycle to get to and from work. While working, his bike was stolen. A few days later, they put together funds and bought this veteran a new bike. This is a store that takes care of its employees. Will defiantly shop there in the future. I went in today and bought 3 higher end cordless shades and had them cut. I found when I got home that two of them were cut too short so I called and spoke with Izzy and she took care of me, got me the replacement I needed with correct cut. Just waiting on another one to arrive at the store so I can get that one correct as well. I wanted to write this review because I have been well taken care of and they stand by their work, they cut it short, so they are replacing it for me. Great Service!!!! I've been going to this location as soon as I bought my house and always find the help I need. read more

Very poor service. We made the mistake of buying our flooring from here, 3 months later it still isn't finished due to delays in shipping several times and damaged flooring that wasn't caught until it was opened at home. Correction, now 4 months! read more

Friendly staff that knows when to help and how. Menards is just down the street but does not have the level of service Home Depot does. read more

Very disappointed. Went online to check the availability of an item, and upon seeing that there were 4 available, went to purchase one at the store. The item was, in fact, sold out. When we asked for help or information from customer service, we were met with blank stares and the comment "oh, the online inventory is not going to be accurate." When we asked if anyone could check on it for us in the store, we were again met with blank stares and were told that the in house inventory would be just as inaccurate. The staff seemed generally clueless, and we can't believe that the website would be so inaccurate as to be completely useless. Also, very unhappy with how unhelpful the staff were. read more

Went into this home depot. My plan was to get in buy a weed torch which is on the hom depot website. I started at the southwest door and walked up and down the aisles thinking about were i would put it. I walked past at least 12 staff. Not one said anything. In fact two quick down aisles so they did not have to say anything. I finally walked up to two home depot employees to ask for help. This dark haired girl that use to work at Mcdonalds walked right past me. I said can you tell me she kept walking with a guy in a yellow dress shirt. I found someone else i asked this employee. He said was one aisle over about the middle of the aisle. I walked over not there. I finally figured it is time to go someplace. It was obvious a 40.00 sale was not important today. read more

I approached the service desk for help locating space heaters, and the woman working was extremely rude and vague about the location. She seemed annoyed that I asked for assistance. When I was ready to check out, the cashier sighed heavily and out aside her COLORING that she was doing in order to help me. She then told me that getting a bag for my two space heaters would be "a waste". Terrible customer service for the number of employees working. read more
