Since moving to the area we have come to this Home Depot on many occasions for big items and small purchases. I have yet to run into any employee who was not amicable or helpful. I have even had unsolicited advise, which turned out to be very practical. They pretty much have always had what I was there to buy, except on two occasions although their website stated they were in stock. Overall the prices are competitive, either a tad more expensive or less expensive than Amazon (and we all know how they've cornered the market). Although I prefer to shop in person we have had several items delivered, with their delivery service being very quick. The times we have had deliveries it was FREE to do so, which brings me to finally realizing I had not done a review for this place. Today I went in and purchased a few items, but forgot to get one of their 5 gallon buckets. After getting home and realizing this I went on line to see how much they were and they promoted FREE delivery this very same day. So I ordered one and added a 2 gallon bucket for shits and giggles. I was notified that there was a problem getting both delivered today and the order was split. The 5 gallon did show up this evening and the lowly 2 gallon is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. This was a very low dollar amount order to begin with and I actually feel guilty about it. They were going to lose money on this minor purchase to begin with and now it's an even bigger loss! The thing about big box stores in most who post reviews do so because they had a bad experience. I get that those can happen with such huge establishments. But we recently moved here and this crew is just as sweet and helpful as they can be with greetings, returns, helping us find things, and even taking interest in our lives. Probably thirty people waiting in line for "self checkout" with one lady trying to help everyone. No real registers open. This is a hardware store. Practically every customer needs assistance, for the one lady to try and assist. There's no space for all the people waiting to be in an organized line. This Home Depot used to be 5star. Then they introduced this chaos. I love self checkout but it doesn't work at a hardware store. read more

Horrible experience. App doesn't work. Employee lied when we ordered the item. Tried ordering a new one on the app and the app is very clunky and freezes. The competitor app works much better and is easier to operate. The Home Depot app doesn't save my choices so i can't specify 2 different fields that I wanted while searching. read more

We went in looking for a specific item, and we came home with what we wanted. The only downside was the item was in worse shape (tool chest that had been returned and marked down) than we thought, so it's going to take more work to make it usable. I would suggest that they reach out to Husky and find out why the tool chests are all bubbling, flaking, and rusting. It's not a good look. read more

do not buy appliances from them, I received a dryer with no working parts & they are just shrugging. whirlpool said it was a return not even new & now they're forcing me to repair it. no dryer for over 3 months & never got to use it. it's awful I filed a fraud complaint read more

Never had a problem getting help at this location. I came in looking to get a pair of hedge clippers and an associate greeted me in the garden area. I told him my needs, and he even asked one of the other associates what tool I should use to trim the jasmine vines on my fencing. AMAZING! costumer service! All the employees are very helpful, I grabbed some paint that was on clearance because the color was wrong so i wanted them to make me another gallon of the same paint and they told me that they did not have the pattern but that they will try their best to do the paint and THEY DID! The color was exactly the same and they were very friendly not rude about how they did not have the pattern. Once you go in the store they is always someone saying hello by the front, and if they see you struggling to find something they go up to you and help you. For a smaller store the staff is knowledgable and knows their stock on hand. They will help you order online right at the store if item is not available. Always had positive experiences here much more so than closer store. Its worth the extra drive. read more

Went looking for help for fifteen mins. Finally I found someone to call a rep to appliances. Sales Rep stood there and didn't help really. Just waited for us to "choose a unit" then coukdnt get a delivery date right. Rather pay more at lowes and get useful people read more

Do not use them for home appliance delivery, use lowe's instead. Delivery is contracted to Ralph's transfer inc, they're the worst (look at their track record and reviews online). Had my mother's delivery rescheduled 4 times without our knowledge, I found out by calling each morning on the day of delivery and told it had been rescheduled for the next day. One lie after another, finally got supervisor on the phone today and finally getting delivered. My advice to Home Depot, value your customers and use another delivery company because based on the reviews this has been going on for years and need to be rectify. Zero Stars. I could not submit it giving no stars. It is Zero Stars because this Home Depot uses Ralph's Transfer to install when you buy an electric range. When Ralph's Transfer "installed" the range, they crossed the wires connecting the cord to the range even though the panel above where they made the connections had color diagrams of which wire went where. They blew out the breaker which less than 24 hours before was installed by a Master Electrician. Moreover, this Home Depot and Ralph's voided the LG Warranty by improperly wiring the range and by using someone who was not a qualified technician as specified in the Owner's Manual which was incorporated into the warranty. What I just said about the Warranty being voided was what I was told by LG on February 2, 2018 and what the manager at the Home Depot store told my wife on February 1, 2018. He said that they were not installers but only delivery people. This Home Depot told us we would not get our refund for the range they fried until it was removed from our home. They told us when they would come get it but did not come. When we called this Home Depot they told us LG would come get it. When we called LG, LG said there was no record of them being contacted to pick it up. LG then patched me into a telephone call that LG made to GE Services which LG said picked up their appliances. The GE Services person said that they had no record of this Home Depot contacting them to pick it up. The only way we got the fried range out of our house and got our refund was making the calls described about and reporting all of that to Home Depot's Corporate Office in Atlanta, Georgia. read more
