Upon inspection, the were rotting In the ground. I returned to the store in hopes of either getting them replaced or getting some of my money back. They refused to do either because I didn't keep my receipt and I'm not a member. Normally I would let some like this go but their products are on the expensive side so I would expect quality products and a company that would stand by them. I've purchased similar products at big box stores locally and never once did I have something not come up. I went to Jung's because the other stores were out and I was willing to pay more to get what I needed. I understand they have to have return policies but they could have done something. Other stores would have at least given me a store credit. The did not seem to care at all that they're going to lose my business. They were rather cold, manager included. I'll stick to the big box stores. At least I can count on better return policies and friendly employees.

Horrible delivery process from start to finish with delays, poor communication, and abuse of my time. The experience of buying a bed was great. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, and the Black Friday sale gave us a great price. My ex was a mattress salesman for many years, so I knew what to expect and how the process should go. Mattress Firm checked all the boxes in-store. I was very happy with them. HOWEVER, delivery was a challenge, and it took over a month to get the bed. When we purchased the bed, it was in stock. They only deliver to Wisconsin Rapids on Thursdays and Sundays, and the first available date was the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend (about 2 weeks after purchase). Since that didn't work for us, they scheduled for the following Thursday. Then, two days beforehand--when I'd already cleared my schedule to make sure I'd be home--they cancelled delivery because the bed was now on back order even though it was in stock when I ordered. I'm a busy person and have a full schedule, so rescheduling was challenging; I have family commitments on weekends, so Sundays were out, and I work so finding a Thursday where I could clear my calendar of work commitments was also tough. (You have to be prepared for delivery at any point in the day; they don't give you a delivery window until two days ahead of time.) But, okay. I cancelled some meetings because I didn't want to wait another month for my bed. Then, the day before delivery, I got a confusing text message: "This is your entrance mattress. Can you pick me up now in the afternoon?" I replied by saying I was having the mattress delivered, not picked up, so I was confused. Next text: "Deliver in the afternoon now?" Since delivery was scheduled for 11 am to 1 pm, I thought they meant they'd be pushing the delivery to later in the afternoon. Not ideal, but fine. I'll make it work. So, I said "OK. Afternoon works. Any idea what time?" Fast forward a few hours, and I get another text message: "I will be to your house 55 minutes." WHAT? The bed was supposed to be delivered the next day. The messages were so garbled I didn't realize they were changing both the time AND the day, especially since they'd emphasized to me at the time of purchase AND when rescheduling that Sundays and Thursdays are the only days they deliver. When they told me they'd be at my house in less than an hour, I wasn't prepared. I hadn't moved things around so the mattress could be moved in/out of the room. I hadn't stripped the bed. I hadn't sedated my highly anxious cat so she wouldn't scratch up all the furniture in my spare bedroom while she was locked inside during delivery. I wasn't even at home! So, I quickly ran home, scrambled to get everything ready, and lost over an hour of work time. I was not pleased. All the hiccups in the delivery experience will make me hesitate to purchase from Mattress Firm next time I need a bed, despite the great price and excellent local customer service. UPDATE: After seeing this review, Mattress Firm reached out and offered a set of premium pillows to make up for the poor delivery experience. I'm glad they tried to make it right, but I do hope they'll learn from this experience and make a stronger effort to clearly communicate with customers when deliveries need to be rescheduled. Those garbled, nonsensical communications WERE NOT effective.

At the time I appreciated the referral from Hanovers Tree Farm and I looked forward to the start of a great relationship with the owners of Mill Creek Gardens. My first attempt to place my order was met with disappointment as my phone message was not returned. After weeks of not hearing back, I cautioned that if we didn't hear back, we would pursue other venders. That seemed to work as my call was then returned and my wholesale order was placed and paid for. At the time, I'd arranged to pick up my order Saturday, November 19, 2022. Approximately two weeks ago I again called to discuss a possible change in the pick up date. Again, my message was overlooked and neither owner showed the courtesy of returning my call. Yesterday we arrived at the garden to pick up the order. The owners only had my order partially completed, They both tried to make excuses as to why is wasn't ready. Ultimately they offered only one solution, that they create the two sixty inch wreaths Monday morning when their team returned to work. This was not a viable solution. The sheer distance and expense of driving a second time from Oshkosh to Marshfield was cost prohibitive. Neither owner was willing to resolve the incomplete order. I suggested they allow me to take the two sixty inch wreaths from their retail supply and was told I would need to pay an uncharge. To me, that was a petty attempt at resolving the problem. In the course of the past thirty years I've made countless adjustments to customer orders and follow the rule of business that the customer is always right and when it came to providing my customers with excellent customer service, I erred on always giving my customers whatever was needed to make it right. This is a business principle not yet practiced by neither Erik nor Danielle. Although impressed with the design and quality of their wreaths and my ambition to expand my wholesale orders with their company in future years, I left without my order due to their lack of experience in extending my company the courtesy of customer service. If they would have simply taken the time to return my call, the scenario would have been vastly different for both of us.

What can I help you with," here. When asked if he was getting any more handguns, the reply, while given with a flat affect by someone who never once looked up from his repair job, was "no. I'm doing repairs". Ok. I get it. Actually, Marv's did have some guns, mostly rifles, and lots of rifle accessories and supplies. There was decent supply of it. The entire visit, while not welcoming, definitely had an "I don't care if you're here, but I'd be happier if you left" aura. Despite the controlled indifference of Marv, I still have to give this place two stars because what they did have that was priced in line with comparable places. If you need a repair, or some last minute hunting supplies, or a different scope, Marv's will probably work. Probably only if you're a local, though.
