About me: -- First time home buyer. -- Started out lazy in my shopping, amped it up to an aggressively seeking/ needing/ wanting to find a home. -- Expects people to drop what they are doing to accommodate me (not my best trait, but if we're being honest here...) -- Looking for homes in a tough market: Popular price point Hot market Sellers market About All Things Real Estate ( Brian, Tiffany, Zack the main people that helped me)) -- Experienced team who are confident and competent. They are honest. This is not their first rodeo. They walked me through homes and the process, at every step. There were no surprises. There was no confusion. -- They were fine with me being lazy. They never pushed me and au the same time they never forgot about me. -- They (at least it felt like) dropped everything to show me homes, even on a whim. They're not like some Realtors who will show you a home "tomorrow," or "this weekend." It was, "Let's look at this house in 30 minutes, does that work for you Jennifer?" If it did, they were down, if the time didn't work they would find a time that did. On top of that I never felt like I was inconveniencing them. Because let's be honest, I don't want even a whiff that they're not thrilled to be helping me. I want to feel comfortable with our partnership, and they always made me feel comfortable and even, dare I say appreciated. -- Did I say tough market? Yes I did, but they said, "Jennifer, we're going to find you a home--the right home; I'm not worried about it and you shouldn't be either.' And guess what? They DID find me a home. The BEST home ever. That's the only thing that's disappointing for you (whoever is reading this review), I got the best home in the Springs, but I bet they'll help you find the second best. Actually, on that note, when it's time for me to sell, I'll hire them. That is a no brainer. So, to whittle this down to one sentence, "You want this realty team on your side of your transaction--whatever side that is: buying or selling." That's my review and I mean it. read more

Since we live in beautiful Colorado, I can LITERALLY shout from the mountain tops about how incredible The Canady Team is! I cannot sing their praises enough! I was referred to All Things Real Estate from my friend of over 17 years, who is also a client of the Canady's. Our experience with Tiffany and Brian Canady was amazing! We were first time homebuyers and had many questions and little understanding of the process. Brian and his wife first talked to us over the phone and could not have been more pleasant. We also Facetimed with them early on in the process seeing several houses. This process took a lot of patience, which Brian really took his time with us and dedicated even some of his own personal time to help. To be honest, my wife and I are not easy to deal with, and we are very particular in what we were looking for. We also set a tight budget. These parameters did not keep Brian from finding several properties and was considerate of our wants and needs. He did not try to take us outside of our comfort zone, which really helped in the trust aspect of our relationship. Once we arrived to Colorado Springs, Brian and Tiffany both met us for the home inspection. Tiffany really shined during this process and showed her expertise and experience with the real estate process. I am a out of state investor and over the years have purchased three different investment properties through the Homebound Team. In December 2022, I had the Homebound Team sell one of these properties. I could not be more satisfied with how the sale and closing went through. While the property was for sale, I was given regular updates on the number of online views the property was getting, advance notice of upcoming showings, feedback from potential buyers after the showings, etc. This gave me confidence that the property was being actively marketed. Back in November and December when the property was for sale, selling of homes in the Colorado Springs area had slowed down considerably with not only the time of the year but with the increasing interest rates. The Homebound Team was able to work out some creative financing with the seller, arriving at a price I could work with and enabling the buyer to secure their financing. Overall, I consider it a win-win for me and the buyer which is perfect transaction. My wife and I bought a high end home in the Black Forest area to serve as our retirement "dream home" and moved there from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. Tiffany and her team were real pros at this kind of out-of-state relocation and we'd recommend them to anyone looking to make that kind of move. Even before our house hunting visit, they took the time to provide us with a lot of information about the area and what to expect. During our visit, they were great at helping us zero in on the best area and best home for our needs. Then during walk throughs, Tiffany took the time to point out pros and cons of each home -- not only selling features but areas needing upgrade or maintenance. Equally importantly, after we found a home she and her team laid out a detailed timeline of steps to reach closing and executed the negotiation, property inspection, titling process, and a hundred other details with great professionalism and right on schedule. That freed us up to focus on the sale of our existing home and the move itself while we were still in California. In the process, they found some potentially significant issues with the Colorado home and then worked with us and the seller to reach a satisfactory resolution. They were absolutely wonderful. Here's our experience in the short version. -My husband and I flew into Denver and got in the morning. We wanted to look at homes but had not made any phone calls to any real estate agents. -I looked up yelp and found All Things Real Estate and they had good reviews so we gave them a call. Brian, who was busy, was still able to pick up the phone call (which we appreciate) and put us in contact with Mark. We met with Mark immediately when we got to Colorado Springs. -Mark showed us 6 or 7 houses that weekend we were there. We put in an offer, but it wasn't accepted. -Husband came back the next month and Mark showed about another 6 homes and we found a home we love and (after some back and forth) we got it! Mark was: -punctual and showed us all the homes we wanted to see. -great with communication. Having bought and sold homes in several different states, I have never encountered customer service at this level. In my other real estate transactions there was an agent who I never heard from again after closing, with The Homebound Team you truly get a team. From the agent who agreed to show us around just so we could get a feel for the market, not really intending to buy quickly, through the negotiations for our condo, they were there for us. We are beyond thrilled with our experience with all things real estate. Before even getting to Colorado to find a home they talked me through the area and helped me narrow down what areas would be best for us. They even walked through and recorded a home for us so we could decide if we wanted to put in an offer.
