The licensed Plummer left the job half done and charged $100.00 an hour. Anyway, Jasper was super easy to communicate with via text with some photo ideas back and forth. He showed up to the job site with parts in hand, hooked up my dryer vent properly due to its unique design, placed the dryer as snug to the wall as possible and moved the washing machine over so that the entry door could finally close. The spot first mentioned about being low now is a puddle. Then I contacted Attila to see if there was anything that could be done, or to make it right. He asked for pictures of proof, which i happily provided. He then asked to see it for himself which of course i agreed to. After seeing it, he stated that there's noting he could do seeing that he did the job that he was asked and wasn't asked to make sure it didn't puddle up or drain correctly. We tore down walls, replaced some, added electrical outlets and recess lighting, painted the entire house inside and out, trimmed every single window and door, we tiled, tore down rotted pillars and replaced them with a new design. This is a relatively new company. The owners name is Dallas. Originally, I dealt with Dallas by…read morephone. He has several people working for him, Brandon, Tanner, Levi. He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.
