They said they were coming through town the next week and would stop by to save labor on travels and never showed up I called him the next week and asked why they no showed and they said I can be there tomorrow just got my bill for one hour on site billed for two guys nine hours total $900 for one phone jack and one phone call to my phone company to help me resolve another issue maybe one hour of service avoid at all cost. I have never felt so ripped off by a company. In comparison day before had an havoc guy here 10 hours and 400 in parts and the bill was less than this one phone jack that this company needs two guys to install.

Showed up on time and had the right equipment to clean upper story gutters safely and clean the…read morewindows. Did not clean window sills when cleaning windows and screens. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.

He refers to them as his "skilled laborers." The first time they did, any landscaping work for me, their weed line broke on the weedeater and they left the job unfinished without any communication as to why they needed to leave or when they would complete it. They have also bid other jobs for me such as irrigation sprinkler repair, and a ramp rebuild/repair. Then, I didn't hear anything from any of the workers or management for three weeks. By the time they got back to me, I had already recd other bids, approved a bid, hired somebody, had the work completed and paid for the work. Their "skilled laborers" are "boys" who don't take their job or their clients seriously. I even had a text from Tanner after 11 pm. Both he and Dallas heard about it from me. Their laborers dictate rates to the owner. Not acceptable. They are not professional and should not be considered if you want quality work done at a decent price.
