I purchased a lash lift from the spa. Now when you say spa you assume it'll be relaxing. That wasn't the case here. They stuck me in a room where there was work happening right outside. Loud hammering and digging. Not peaceful at all. The tech commented that at least I didn't have a massage. - so because I didn't have a massage, as a business y'all don't care about the quality of my experience? Moving on to the lash lift. I've gotten a lash lift before but never from this place. It's the next day and I don't see a difference. So I paid close to $100 to lay in a noisy room. This was my first massage ever and I was super nervous. We did a couples massage and Allen and Russell made us completely comfortable. Allen asked me where I had pain and he focused there first but did an overall body massage over the time we were there. He let me know to tell him if anything was too hard or too hot. The hot stones were really neat and added to the relaxation. He also used hot towels and his massage technique was amazing. I left there completely relaxed. The room temperature was perfect, the room was dimly lit and there was soft music playing. The ambiance was great and the customer service was perfect from the receptionist to the masseuse. During this time, everyone has to wear a mask but you take it off once you are in your room. The employees continue to wear masks during the duration. If you go, ask for Allen or Russell! read more

Pros: great decor, great massage Cons: I got a 30 min prenatal massage(lasted 27 minutes) and 30 minute foot massage(lasted 18 minutes). That's a total of an hour massage that only lasted 45 minutes start to finish. When I asked the front desk how long the massage was supposed to be they said it was supposed to be an hour. I had hoped this would be a regular for me so that I don't have to travel to get spa treatments. The facial consisted of the same steps over and over. My husband and I had our anniversary couples massage here and both Jordan and Andrea did a phenomenal job! We both agree that their skill set and professionalism was great. Jordan's magic hands mixed with the almond oil concoction felt like butter and Andrea was so good she put my husband to sleep within 15 minutes ;) They were both very attentive to our body and it's needs with no direction needed. Erica in the front office is so pleasant and informative :) We were spoiled with wine and a light snack during our visit too. The office is very chic, spacious, and warming. There is adequate free parking as well. Prices here are very reasonable without their service being compromised. I am very particular about my referrals but highly recommend HoneyComb Cottage Too.
