The Hookah Shoppe is a pretty great place. The owner, Mark is a really fantastic guy and will do his best to hook you up. The staff is really great, and all around there's a real friendly sort of feel! The product is great and they pack good bowls, if you purchase a clay bowl from them, you can bring it in over and over and they'll fill it for you for 4 bucks! This is the best hookah place I have ever been to in my life and that's saying a lot because my wife is Arabic and born in Dubai. It's very very clean, the sales people are unbelievable and don't try to just sell you stuff that you don't need but look for items you want and what you can use. My first time in there they took 45 minutes to explain everything to me and asked what I was looking for and helped me find the right stuff not the most expensive - they gave me a good discount on everything and threw in some freebies as well. The manager was unbelievable, His staff were very helpful and they were incredibly nice and professional. I can't say enough good things about this place. Also, some stuff I have never seen before, like Favored Coals. I stopped in and got 3 of my favorite hoses for $12, when everywhere else I have spent $7 on one hose! One of the best spots in rancho san diego for bowls, i always go there to get my fruit bowls and other hookah supplies. I bought my first hookah from there and it has been working great since last year! Adding to that CATERING!! My cousin had the pleasure to hire their services for her birthday and it was excellent!! The shop is very close to my house, their hours are convenient and easy to reach at any time, one phone call to get helped and the customer service is great, chris is always there to help us out! I come to this place at least once every two week, and sometimes i go there like every week, and its simply because they do the greatest hookah bowls to go with very great prices. Before, this place opened i used to get my hookah bowls at different hookah lounges, but they never pack it as good as this place. The Hookah Shoppe, put a HUGE portion of tobacco on your bowl, not like other place where they barley put tobacco. The other thing that i like about The Hookah Shoppe is they take their time to do your bowl, like drying the tobacco and then cutting it up, and so on; it really makes a huge different in smoking. The third thing i like about this place is they have great customer service, like the owner Marcus, he is really nice and friendly guy, he loves all his customers, and thats what make me always come back to them.
