So I've been meaning to write a review for these guys for the longest time. Luis (along with everyone else) is always very helpful and friendly. I have never felt awkward or ignored walking in here. Their juice flavors are awesome and you can't beat the prices. I highly recommend greenthumb, lychee berry and tigerberry. VETERANS BEWARE!!!! I've been going to this vape shop now for about 2 years maybe a little longer. I am also retired military 22 years of service. Lately for the past 6 months I've been to this particular vape shop and I had no problem getting a military discount because I'm in the shop almost every other week. Past few times I've been in the shop the manager refused to give me a military discount. He said the only people that get discounts are active duty military. I ask to speak to the manager he's always to busy to talk to me. I have no problem with this if this was their policy from the beginning which I know it was not. I feel that because I serve my country for 22 years and I carry around a blue military ID showing that I served my country I deserve the same respect as an active duty member. read more

I visited Euphoria today in almost a panicked state. For the past month I've been sampling eliquids from shops around the area trying to find something to replace my beloved 36mg 60/40 Vapor Lakes coffee eliquid that I've been using for over a decade, but can no longer order due to the PACT act. Every replacement I tried before coming in today was either too sweet, too thick, only avaliable in up to 24 mg, or just plain gross. I explained my issue to the sales associate (a man whose name I wish I would have asked for!) and he was able to find me a perfect replacement in a matter of seconds after checking out my old bottle. I am now happily vaping Euphoria cake batter salts and will be a customer for as long as I live in the area. They have a selection that is much larger than the other shops in the area and they mix your liquid at the counter so they can make just about anything. I'm so grateful my search is over! read more

My boyfriend and I are regulars here and have been, for creeping up on a year, he vapes I don't... plenty of times I stop in and pick up coils or juice for him and always it is a quick pleasant and friendly visit. Luis the manager is great! Personable, professional, friendly, all things you expect in a customer service role. Many of the other young guys that work here are equally as pleasant, I can't name them cause I don't know their names but I know their faces and they know who I am and know exactly what I need every time I go in. We really enjoy coming here not just for the quality product but for the impeccable customer service... However to the owners, general managers etc, who ever the kid is that looks like Colin Kaepernick with dreads, that guy needs a serious dose of personality booster. Zero customer service skills, rude, with a know it all attitude. Twice he's given us the wrong coils and doesn't listen when you tell him what you want. His tone is harsh and the last two times I've been in he's more into his excessively loud music and stuffing his face. They have the same crap everyone else is selling however they actually had there's custom ordered with there logos engraved on them (oem orders) There juice lineup is the same as every other vape shop you'll see here in the San Diego county. Cheaply made, tasteless even when being dripped. I would go as far to say that the employee on duty doesn't even vape there house brand of liquid because he had a few bottles liquid that where not from this shop (I wont mention the brand or his name). I am so angry and disgusted with this "vape shop". They display advertising for very cheap eliquid and mix it in front of you. With the catchy names and menu of flavor mixtures that sound awesome, subsequently they come out tasting like yeast and stale beer. Which they won't refund you because it's used. They also will sell you the wrong equipment and then refuse to refund it because it is now been used. They also do not give receipts. I used a total of $30 I cannot get back. On top of everything else my lungs hurt and i could barely sleep through the night because of how much coughing I suffered from. Very bad way to run a business very disappointed in the owner his name is Lao, or something like that. I was recommended to purchase Nautica , which is where I put my juicing. The first day it leaked all over my purse and then we tighten things around so it didn't leak and the next day the atomizer was stuck and I could no longer use it. So I bought another one somewhere else I went to return it to the shop in El Cajon on Jamacha, everything still in the box , the receipt even a little booklet that came with the purchase and I was basically told I'm screwed because he can't sell it even though I didn't like it and the Atomizer got stuck in it the first day and I could not use it these people suck they lost a customer but they don't care. I just report them to the BBB that's all I can do there are way better vapor shops out there who care about their customers euphoria vapor shop does not!!! One more thing he did mention if I was a customer and bought one and then left the shop and came back and hour later he could've done something about it tell me what's the difference he still couldn't resell that so I don't think even he knew what he was talking about!! read more

All the juices have a really nasty taste. I've tried 6-7 different flavors and they all have the same weird, nauseating taste. One tasted like amoxicillin. The smell/taste seems to linger not only in my cotton but in my sinuses and gives me a headache. read more

How this place has almost 5 stars baffles me! This place is cheap as it gets for liquid which is probably why. People can't spend money for quality goods anymore and it's sad and disappointing. First of all they make the liquid right there in front of you. Which means you have to let the liquid sit for a few days to steep so it can't be used right out the store, unless you like disgusting liquid that burns your throat. Secondly, they'll tell you that a product from a totally different manufacturer will work universally when in fact it does not. When you go to return the product they say works with what you own and does not they say they can't do anything because it's used. Lol oh well I'm glad I only spent 22 dollars. I absolutely love this place, it's kinda in a random hidden location, but once your there they will take care of you, I had purchased a 150w Sigelei Box Mod from Vador Vapor and the owner wrapped the coils for me and I noticed that one was worse than the other, but I diddnt really think twice about it, as he had double checked it. I came into this place to see what they have to offer, and one of the employees Louie rebuilt mine and did a damn good job of it with 24 gauge wires, I've never seen my box hit so good! I absolutely love it now, and not to mention that they can mix any, and I mean ANY flavor you want, badass shop that knows what they are doing, and they will take care of you with amazing service. I was a paying customer for a few months- liked their eliquid & service until yesterday I thought I'd try a different flavor- Root Beer. The guy told me- stay away from the root beer- have you tried root beer before- I said yes- having it at other vapor shops- liking it. When he warned me- I just thought- maybe he doesn't like root beer- so I paid $14.95 and headed home- filled my tank and YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!- BURNT POPCORN!!!! not kidding- like someone was playing a joke on me- 100% burned vapor- black color. Disgusted and almosted vomiting I had to use it sparingly although for the nicotine and almost having to go get cigarrettes since the shop was closed- I almost had to have a cigarette, but I quit for 2 years now for health reasons of course. Making it through the night, I went back to the store- explained to the girl- she explained to the guy- & he said I told you. I said you need to throw away the remaining root beer liquid you have on stock- not even causing any scene to be polite and waiting for them to make this wrong into a right, he then told me no refunds- I said "Are you serious"- they ignored me- helping the other customers. I left the bottle on the counter and walked out. If these guys were playing a sick joke on me- I wouldn't have any idea why?
