AAA Cooper missed the scheduled delivery on 6/5/24 -- when I called the customer service rep told me I was the "next delivery" that they should be arriving in about 30 minutes. NOPE -- No show again. 3). AAA Cooper now states today, 6/4/24, that we can expect delivery before noon..... So far today I have called 3x: 8:30 AM; 11:59 AM; 1:30 PM... everyone promising that my package will be delivered; however the time window keeps being pushed later and later in the day -- this is the same thing that happened yesterday so I am not confident I will in fact get my package. Just now, I was told the driver has 22 items to pick up and/or deliver on his route; I am "stop number 15"; Driver is on stop #8....

Dispatch set this up so we are supposedly drivers first stop after we agreed to meet @ 8:30 AM. It's now 9:00 AM, I called Dispatch to find out where driver is @ & the only info I was told is driver had already left terminal . However , if i was the one 35 minutes late we'd for sure be told by AAA Cooper we are very sorry but our driver cannot wait since he has many other stops . This would be followed up by then by another delivery appointment & also a hefty Redelivery Fee. Somehow this needs to be a two way street where the LTL Company needs to get dinged with a significant discount or something of this nature . It's now 9:15 so he's @ the very least 45 minutes late for a supposed first delivery . Recalled Dispatch & this time got the real dispatcher on the phone who told me ETA's is looking like 9:30 AM saying driver must've encountered traffic . 1 hour late for a first delivery , Cmon AAA Cooper I'm sure you guys can do better than this .

I have major eating issues and absolutely despise the food culture of Midland (i.e., inconsistent, often crappy and always a wait...). Adrianna's food is always on point and delicious. I literally wouldn't eat if it wasn't for her. We found her on a whim after loving California Smash Burgers and although when we first started coming here she didn't have one her regular burger is P H E N O M E N A L. My husband enjoys her street tacos as well. Now, the biggest complaint is the wait time and although I can understand this, she is a one man show. It also perplexes me because it's been my observation that those in these parts will go sit at a crappy restaurant for microwave food and subpar service at best and pay a ton of money for less... I don't know I'd rather support a small business like this one and wait a bit longer for good food and community.
