Initially came here for their pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) My girlfriend and I ended up trying their breakfast burritos. She had the chicharron with egg and I had their asadero burrito with egg. Holy cow we were blown away by how delicious they were. They seem very light (not as greasy) as other places. Not sure how they did this, but they were a banger! Green and red salsa are available and were not spicy at all, but very flavorful (in my opinion - I'm a huge spice guy) For the pan dulce we both shared a vanilla flavored concha and a type of flat looking empanada filled with pineapple jam covered in almost a powdered sugar I think, they were both very soft and delicious! Coffee: great Pastry: very good Breakfast Sausage w/ Eggs Burrito: Ok. Eggs: were a little dry. Forgot to ask for cheese. Flour Tortillas: tasted ok. Nit sure if it was home made, it was not thick which is my preference. Restaurant: very good size, clean and with great "coffee shop" atmosphere. Location: ok. The inside looks much better than the outside. Service: uhm. Oooook. The young guy was quiet and very serious. But once he started to interact with coworkers he was very talkative. The Brisket was delicious and that's the reason I visited the location a coffee spot that serves brisket wow. It became the morning spot for the time I was there-Two weeks-. This is literally my favorite donut/panderia/burrito place. I just had the best asado burrito I've had in a while. Very spicy, but not to the point where you can't taste the delicious flavor. I was invited for lunch... This is a hipsterish panadería that serves coffee items and some breakfast and 2 lunch options. Maybe not the best place for lunch? Not because it's not good, the menu is just limited. I believe you can only order a burrito or a torta. I had brisket Torta because it's more filling than a burrito. It was good, I probably will never crave it or order it again. I ordered a burrito because the cashier said all the burritos with chili are pretty spicy. It didn't disappoint. The chili verde was fire! I'm a cold brew drinker, they stopped selling it because people don't consume it. That's understandable, I don't think there are too many cold brew drinkers in that area. Customer service was great. Very clean place This would be a great place to visit with a customer on the west side of town. Or just go read and have a drink. I wonder if they have WiFi??? read more

Great place for donuts but coffee was okay... I got two dozens for my coworkers and got a large vanilla latte. Donuts were great that they disappeared so quick. However, when the coffee got a little colder, I started to taste something greasy and gritty. I opened the cup and looked inside. It was like kitchen grease, not so much like coffee grease, that's been coagulated. I felt gross and had to throw away the rest of it. Because the donuts were delicious and coffee was alright when it was hot, I'm still giving it 3 stars. Great customer service, nice hip chic atmosphere and easy to order. I'll give another try if they improve a bit on their coffee game in the future. read more

Little hidden gem in Odessa. Small cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. Definitely returning here. Restaurant and Location *** Small and cozy. Very clean with appealing decor that highlights the town. Could be in better location though, but only a block off the main road. Parking is limited since it is in a residential area. Staff and Service **** Very friendly staff that has a caring attitude about their customers. Food is prepared quick but not so fast that quality is sacrificed. Food and Drink **** Very good food and drink. Breakfast burritos are large and full of flavor. Pastries are very appealing to the eye and stomach. Large portions at good prices. Nice establishment. Staff is friendly. Only thing I didn't like was that they ran out of glazed donuts, and the assorted dozen didn't have many donut varieties. They just gave me what they had in the display shelf which wasn't much. However the donuts that I did receive were very tasty! Loved the red velvet donut! read more

I really like this place, and it's a great addition to the west side. I think I would preface this review by saying if it were in a bigger city or perhaps even on the east side of odessa I would be giving it a 3 star review, but because of location alone I'm bumping it up to 4. Their doughnuts are good fluffier and lighter than Southern Maid. I have tried their breakfast burritos and I wasn't to impressed-eggs were overcooked. Here's my biggest issue with doughboys- I ordered a house coffee and was given an empty cup and told that the coffee cream and sugar were in the back of the seating area. I was in a hurry was only able to fill my coffee up 3/4 of the way due to both canisters being empty. And they only had the small artificial creamer containers, no actual 1/2 and 1/2. Also they didn't have any turbanado sugar (sugar in the raw). The lack of coffee creamer and sugar selection needs some work. But like I said, it's a great addition to the west side and I'll go back. read more
