We were out of town buyers, so we trusted their recommendation. His inspection missed critical items that cost us a lot to repair. When we informed Mr. Ledford of this, he initially came to our house and agreed too resolve the issues, but when contacting him the second time with the actual damage found by a contractor, and spending almost $5,000 on repairs, he became verbally abusive and threatened me with harassment charges. I am writing this review because I hope no one else is treated as unprofessionally as I was, and a caution to not use his services. When choosing an inspection company for a house you are purchasing, always find your own inspector and do not use one that is recommended by your realtor. Our realtors were aware of all of this and even though they represented us in this home purchase, they refused to support us in this issue.
