Every time I slide through The Hub, it's a vibe. They got the craziest selection--THCA flower, disposables, wraps, papers, bangers, all that. Everything fresh, fire, and priced right. You can tell they actually care about quality and not just pushing product. Staff always cool and chill too. Never feel rushed or talked down to like some other spots. They'll actually put you on game if you got questions, whether you a beginner or a vet. Place stays stocked with the real exotics and it's always something new. Plus the shop itself just got that clean, modern look--organized, easy to find what you need, and no sketchy energy. I was recommended to check out the hub from many people just never got around to it. After leaving the Happy Rock smoke shop with super a bad experience(rude staff), the hub was SO refreshing. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me and I was so taken back by just how much stuff they have in there! Its a tiny show so you don't expect it but it's seriously a 1 stop shop. All staff was great but, Forest showed me so many pieces and answered all my questions. I'm a new smoker and I had a ton of random questions and he was gracious, kind and SO knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect water pipe I was looking for and sold me on a few extra pieces! 10/10 for the hub! Prices are super reasonable, they have pieces at any price range. I will be contacting the Board of Health because this company falsely advertises that they are a dispensary and they are not a dispensary. They have no THC products in the shop. They do not check your ID at all. What they sell is called HHC and it's made from hemp and it's crap. I will be sending letters to the Board of Health to let them know of this false advertising and selling items for something that they aren't. Honestly, I wish I could rate this place lower. I went in last week and they sold me a $50 vape battery (+ more things!) without any explanation (no heating element, doesn't pull well). Today when I walked to to ask if I could exchange the battery, the man working the counter was condescending af, kept cutting off and interrupting any question I had, and was VERY rude. By the end of my brief interaction, Shawn and the other guy came over and also were talking over me/interrupting. I took the battery back and walked out because obviously these a**holes are more concerned with keeping $50 than keeping a customer. I have lived in the Northland for more than 5 years and have spent literally hundreds of dollars at The Hub smoke shops. I won't be returning with any of my business, and am DEFINITELY spreading the word to my numerous smoker friends to NOT give them business. I have seen a few other posts similar to this and while the store seems to have other good reviews, their customer service is absolutey ATROCIOUS and I hope anyone who reads this will know NOT to give them business, as they will only upsell you on sh** products and then act like they didn't. Man where to even begin. First of all everything is overpriced. But they'll market it down to regular price to make it seem like you're getting some kind of deal. you're really not tho! So I went in there and bought one of their best pieces, a $400 Pieces. Had it for a few weeks and then something inside of it broke. GO TO HAPPY ROCKS INSTEAD!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I went there for their cbd bud, which I have bought before with no problems. This time I asked for a different strain, cherry wine. When I got home I broke a nug up to roll a joint. The first nug had 9 seeds! The second was the same! The first time I bought cbd bud from here there wasn't a single seed! I decided to take it back and say something. The employee called the owner who said that's how hemp is and you can't exchange it or get a refund. I told him that the first quarter they sold me had no seeds in it at all so that's not how hemp is. Just this trash strain. I told them that I paid 55 bucks for stuff without seeds. Had I known there was seeds I would have went to a different shop because I've never had this problem before. GO TO HAPPY ROCKS INSTEAD!!! Don't waste your time here. Go to The Hub 3 on Vivion for professional, friendly service. As of May 2020, this store has disrespectful, invasive, and physically violent employees. Super judgmental vibes. Very unwelcoming environment. I came in to buy a new piece, and I never asked for anyone's help. I was repeatedly harassed and heckled by employees of the store, even though I clearly wanted to be left alone while shopping. Even with minimal interaction, it kept escalating to the point that, while checking for a price on an item, I was told that it was "too expensive for me to touch" and that the items were "more money than I was trying to spend" when I was never even asked what my budget was (presumptive af). I was told that I needed to hurry up and make a selection and leave, though I had only been there for a few minutes and paid $15 for an Uber to the store to shop there. I dropped the products I had in my hands and left the store as I flipped off all of the employees who made me feel so incredibly unwelcome. As I was walking away from the store, a store employee followed me outside, yelled obscenities at me, and tried to get me to come back and fight him. He told me that I'd better keep walking after I told him to have a nice day. I did not look back to see who the employee was as I had no interest wasting my time with physical threats. I then went to The Hub 3 Smoke Shop on Vivion, where I was greeted by a kind, friendly staff who had a much better understanding of customer-employee boundaries. read more

I've been to every smoke shop in town (well, most) and while there are plenty of knowledgeable people out there, The Hub has the experts. If you have a question, they have an answer. Personally, I mostly go to the location on Vivion Road. While the store is small, they manage to pack in one of the largest assortments of products and accessories around. I keep seeing reviews complaining about high pricing. I don't know if these are from their competition or what, but their prices are on par with anyone else. read more
