They used to have Tranquitliteas which were just great. They stopped carrying those and switched to some ghastly substance, which has the same level of THC, CNB, and CBD, but tastes horrrible, and the containers are damn near impossible to open. Took a recommended cart because they were out of products the menu (in store) said they had, and then talked trash about the cart company I was looking for, and the cart he recommended doesn't work. This place has some of the best customer service in the whole area. For an emerging market, I think this dispensary sets the right example of providing quality products and services consistently. During the pandemic they have made things even easier on their customers by providing car-side service. They always wear masks and practice social distance. There is a points program for regular customers who can accumulate points to apply to discounts later. They have a huge sale every April 20th... overall, besides wanting to support this place and what they do, I want them to succeed so much that other people copy their model so we can get away from the extremes of dispensaries either looking like a head shop or looking like a perfumery or even a skate shop. I've sampled cannabis from all sorts of collectives, from all across the state, and this is hands down one of the best (If not the best) product I've had. So it's a no frills shop at best, but don't be dismayed. The product you get here is absolutely dynamite. I think much of it just has to do with the fact that NorCal is a grower's paradise geographically. The staff here are very friendly as well. They helped us pick out strains based on our specific needs and wants. We also threw down on some edibles that were ridiculously strong. And the best part of all? Relatively inexpensive. In comparison to other dispensaries back down in LA, the prices here are a steal. Humboldt is such a unique and interesting place to see in itself, and the collective has that same feel. Thanks Kaj B. for the directions, we drove by this shopping center a couple times using our GPS before reading your review and driving around back. We went in and were greeted with smiling faces and even though it was our first time in this dispensary, it wasn't a huge process to get put into the system and on our way. Amber the bud tender really took the time to talk to us about their different strains and their effects as we came from Orange County where we've always experienced the bud tenders just handing us the highest strain of THC with no CBD's and sending us on our way. She actually wrote down which ones to try together and at what time during the day to help our ailments. She was kind and patient with us as we asked questions. Definitely went above and beyond. This is the best dispensary In town!!!! Weed is always great they have really cheap options for 8ths if you just need Alil sum sum and they also have half ounces and of course full ounces ! They Are super dope and friendly I never get the sense they have attitude sometimes the budtenders will even ask me about what I'm doing that weekend it just seems they have a genuine interest in their customers, love em! They are liars also here. One week they lure you in selling an once and just like everywhere else they pull that out from under you next time you go in wanting you to pay over $340. Before this stupid legalization regulation crap I was getting top notch girl scout cookie for $120 an once. Do support these fraudulent dispensaries or your wallet will be empty trying to gets the meds all the time. $340 is not $485 like another place local but still it is a long ways from $120 or $150. This is the absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to. The flowers are okay, but the concentrates they have in stock labeled as live resin tastes like old trim. Obviously not live resin. At all. $20 a half gram for a lie is pretty messed up. If that weren't enough, the day I bought this live resin (along with some decent flower), they let me in with a temporary ID. I WALK (2 MILES) back today to get a small amount of flower for knee pain from a combat tournament, and I'm refused service despite this and despite being in their records. I walk back home and pay a friend for a ride back because my knee hurts. When I arrive, I'm in pain and fairly annoyed. I give them an old picture (215) I aquired and am kind of expecting something from the trouble, some sort of discount or something. I had to spend extra money to get my medicine because they weren't clear about their identification expectations. Nothing. Not a care. And I was dealing with the owner. I let out a comment under my breath about probably not returning my business, and a patron in the room responded hostily. I avoided the conversation and went to the back of the line. The man continued to engage me, when I asked why he was being hostile, he only responded by THREATENING ME to get hostile. "I can get hostile" "it wouldn't be much of a fight" were just two of the violent threats he made At this point, remaining calm, I pointed out his escalations and threats, and the owner said his name (Rick) in a pleading manner as to indicate him getting out of hand. As soon as the owner started trying to calm down the violent patron, she immediately turned to me and asked me to leave. Me, the person being threatened. After spending the past hour and a half of my day trying to aquire medicine for an injury. This dispensary has questionable quality product (hit or HUGE miss), inconsistent service, and apparently they promote violence. Buyer beware. read more

The sign up process is simple, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the products I go home with are always satisfying, both in price and in quality. I've never seen a dispensary staff care about the patient as much as these guys do. For me, Its really nice to feel a sense of trust with a dispensary, when I look at how awkward (...and even unfriendly) some places can be. I showed up the other day, not realizing that it was closing time for them, as they were locking up, but they saw me pull up and let me back in to get what I needed. This place is amazing. They are courteous honest and incredibly friendly. I have NEVER had a bad experience here with the people or the medicine. They have been much more helpful than they realize with my particular needs. I have never been unhappy with quality of the medicine however I have been suprise by how good it worked for my exact situation. There are many form of medicine to choose from and they are incredibly accommodating. I was suprise to see a bad review for them when they even stayed later to try to help that patients needs. THC is a pretty nice dispensary. It's tucked away behind a parking lot in an obscure part of Eureka, so it takes some finding. All of their bud is "clean green certified" so you know there's nothing nasty in it, and you can even peek at your strain under a microscope. It's quite an experience walking in to the small room occupied mostly by a countertop full of glass jars holding ounces of medical cannabis. The bud is handled with chopsticks. You get a free joint when you join, and they have deals like $25 pre-weighed eighths, and a 5 for 4 gram sampler. They had at least 15 strains on the menu when I was there, including Strawberry Cough, Resinous Wonder, Purple Haze, Headband, and Trainwreck. Their 45 micron hash looked good too. They had edibles such as taffy, caramels, chocolate macaroons, and sugar cookies. However, their $7.50 chocolate macaroon edible lacked potency. All of the buds they sell are small, but they are all grown with care either indoors or in a greenhouse and covered in trichomes. The quality they provide comes at a premium, however. Whether $12-15 per gram, $42-45 an 8th, and $300+ an ounce is a reasonable price for quality medical cannabis is debatable, but their prices are pretty standard for dispensaries in the area. read more

They gave me the wrong edible. I asked for non-dairy and did not find out until I got home that it had dairy after I ate some. So I got sick and it did nothing for me. They refused to compensate me. Even a pharmacy will rectify that. read more
