Long story short, the customer service (I was helped by Evan) was second to none. I felt like a king here. Not pushy at all, great advice in terms of fit, and I felt very comfortable. After experiencing the worst experience of my life at Tom's Place (used car sales men who sells suits), I was so happy to be here. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, otherwise, I would have gladly paid an extra $400 just to buy a brand name suit with Evan. And surprisingly, the selection of suits (and other clothes and accessories) were very good! Although, they do carry "out of season" clothes, they're just as good as in season, especially with the prices. Definitely recommend checking out!

The selection of merchandise is fine for most demographics, though Harry's is traditionally a more conservative bunch than their Holts counterparts. The outlet is no exception to that rule, just that there appear to be a lot more gaudy units in stock. I happen to like gaudy dress furnishings so we paired well in that regard. Heartland is a crap mall to begin with and I don't think Harry's Outlet brings much of anything to draw me back here.

The store itself is actually quite nice... dark walnut woods dress up the clothes like nice picture frames. Most clothing colours are stoic navy, beige, white, black, and the occasional grey. So yeah... conservative. I dont think any of the skirts ever went above the knee and nothing is tight fitting. A perfect Stepford wife would love this store. As for the quality, they seemed to be a notch above most stores these days. Neat stitching with a heavier weight cloth ... it makes for a nice outfit. The prices do reflect a higher price point BUT when it comes to sales, they do come down a lot. Dresses were sitting at $50 or less and sweaters were $40. So why the 2 stars only? Staff... I was walking around the store checking out the clothes while I had one dress in my hands. I must have passed 4 staff in my walk and did any of them say hi, ask if I found what I wanted, or tried to help me try it on? ... No. Did anyone look at me when I stood nearby the change room to see if I could try one the dress? ... No. It was an easy decision to put back the dress and try a different store altogether. I didn't need to spend another 5 minutes hoping someone would help me out.

One a couple shirts, buttons fell off after only a few washes. On another shirt, the button was sewn on securely, but incorrectly. That's fine, in that you'd never really notice unless looking closely, but it speaks to the inconsistency and lack of quality control. A lot of the negative reviews are very negative due to quality or service issues. I think, if you keep in mind that you're getting mediocre quality and mediocre service, you can get very good deals here, but you have to understand that quality and service are both going to be hit or miss.

So far I have only dealt with them online, but the service I received from Jonathan was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble deciding between several items, but Jonathan asked me a few questions and was able to help me decide. When the stuff arrived, he was totally right. I am so happy to have received his advice. From now on, I only want to shop at Lost and Found. Thank you so much, I can't wait to place my next order. Update: I was in Toronto for a wedding and had some time to go visit them in person. They are in a great location, the store is well organized, and the staff is friendly and passionate about fashion. I had a great conversation about the brands they stock and why they choose them, which only further reinforced my opinion that this is the best men's store in Canada. But the best part was this: I bought a sweater (among other things) and was about to pay for it when I noticed a thread coming loose. To my amazement, their team was able to repair the garment while I waited. Not only do they stock the best clothing, they also provide excellent support. Ofcourse for this price you aren't getting designer suits but they're surprisingly nice, needed some for a wedding this past summer and because of their sale deals it was really beneficial and lucky that I needed 2 for my sons, so we ended up getting discounts thanks to how many we bought. The sales seem constant, always having some sort of deal on so that's also good. The staff working was actually really helpful, I know nothing about men's clothes or suits and the man working there was very helpful in pointing out what a good fit should look like and all sorts of little details when my sons tried them on so I was thankful for his input. The only thing I would say is watch out on some things like the hoodies with the fleece on the inside they can be not so good quality, we got two of them at the same time we got the suits and they both shrunk in the wash which was probably my fault but it didn't say any special washing directions on the tag and one had started unraveling at a seam the first time it was worn so I had to sew it up a little tighter to ensure the thing didn't fall apart when worn, but that was for nothing as in the end they shrunk after a wash and were too small to wear anymore so had to be donated. The suits however were perfectly fine and I'd recommend to stop by and pick up dress clothes here if you need a suit and don't want to drop a lot of money on it, I certainly wasn't going to spend several hundreds per suit, when I needed 2 of them, on one wedding and no other purpose for them so I'm happy we went here and got them for a deal rather than going to Harry Rosen or something and spending 700$ per suit. Definitely not for just one wedding outfit!
