It was not long after Alex Simanovsky & Associates took our cases that we were notified that the manufacture would indeed be buying back the vehicle after all. Before i contacted them, i found some negative reviews, but anyway i gave his firm a chance, they said they only take cases they know they can win, i only had my brand new GM truck for less than 1 year and it spent over 2 months combined at the shop, i had every single document from the dealership with highlighted dates, pictures, videos, details, i sent everything, it couldn't been easier for this law firm, i thought, easy case for them, they reviewed my case and said they were going to help me and GM had to pay their fees win or lose, i was happy. BIG MISTAKE. with the holidays and everything my case took over 90 days. In the beginning the communication was good between them and i, at the end of the "90 day limit"the lawyer that was helping me MISS AMAYA, disappeared, no answering my emails, phone calls or text messages, several days later i finally got an email from ALEX SIMANOVSKI saying something like, there in nothing we can do to help you with this case it will be more expensive to keep fighting VS compensation from GM, i will post pics of the email if you want to read it. I asked him for a DENIAL LETTER FROM GM because i wanted to confirm and keep it for my records, never got a response. I have so many questions like, DID GM OFFERED THEM SOME KIND OF DEAL TO CLOSE THE CASE? DID GM PAID A COMPENSATION BUT I NEVER SAW A DIME? THEY SAID THEY ONLY TAKE CASES THEY CAN WIN, MINE WAS EASY BUT THEY STILL COULDN'T DO ANYTHING? DID I GET SCAMMED? Those are questions i will never get the answers to.

The attorney I spoke to named Keith Carnesale was rude & actually said he had never heard that before and that my explanation of what happened to me "didn't sound convincing". What???!!! I wasn't aware I had to sell him on the terrible thing that happened to me. I was seeking legal advice. Not an insult. I told him maybe it was because I am exhausted from explaining things over and over the last 2 weeks. I asked him for a price quote & he said he couldn't give me a quote or range of what it might cost unless I know answers to everything other parties involved in the matter were doing. That was a waste of my time & energy. The 2nd time I called them I was told 8 hours for a call back & didn't get call. So after waiting 2 days I called them back and was told I could get a call back the following day. The lawyer who called me said she is a "call center attorney" which I have never even heard of. She was only interested in if I had $1,500-$3,000 in my pocket or not to retain their services for 10 hours of help. I told her I have a court appointed attorney who isn't telling me enough about my rights & what's going on with my case and I need answers to a few questions. She said, oh well, we cannot answer any questions because you already have a lawyer and tried to rush me off the phone. Another waste of time & energy. As well as the $59.95 I spent so far. I am seriously thinking of cancelling unless I just want them to do paperwork that Legal Zoom can do. Dealing with them gives a false sense of security until you actually need something then the reality of they are not really available sinks in. I have been subscribing on and off for a long time. In their favor, they did help me fill out a Living Will many years ago. But for dealing with matters before a Judge such as helping on evicting my tenants who didn't wanna pay, but decided to stay, or helping me on a Probate case with my Uncle who is trying to steal the family house & keep it all to himself, no bueno.
