I have had 2 major accidents prior to this last one so I have experience working with attorneys. I hired Cambre & Associates because a friend of mine said they helped him in the past but after a few months I realized they were not the right law firm for me. If you're like me and like to have your attorney (or their team) reach out biweekly about treatment, the next step in your case, updates, or just to check in do not go with this law firm. They are too busy being busy or they have a high turnover in their back office team to send clients an email consecutively every 2 weeks (or call/text). I had like 3 case managers in 2 months and only 1 knew what was going on in my case. I want my legal team to advocate for me like I'm their friend and my friend would have at least used the free mailchimp service to send me an email so that I stay up-to-date with my case, treatments, and whatever else randomly that may come up. This is why I appreciate smaller law firms. They have time and care about every client. I gave 2-stars for professionalism. read more

This. place is a scam. Do not use them. It took them 16 months to tell me my settlement was $5000 claiming the clearly visible work pick-up truck ,(4-5 ladders on top, and tools in the back) that hit me from behind while I am coming to a complete stop only had a maximum of $25,000, first of all that's a problem, second I was and still is suffering from that accident 12/2023, not to mention totaled my GLE 350 SUV Mercedes truck(bent frame) at a time where I had to get another at 4x the interest (with good credit). They have yet to contact me back with if they were or were not able to lower any more treatment bills.(I don't expect to hear from them either) I was really injured and I am the one who got scammed all the way around and. they contacted me. I paid the price. literally for an accident that wasn't even my fault. what a shame.....Thats the best they could do??? They knew how much the policy limits was before 16 months. I got into an accident 2021 September. My experience has been horrible. The first case worker I had wasn't communicating. I never heard from Charles. Then after calling repeatedly, I received communication that he is no longer an employee and was not working on the cases he had assigned. That was in Jan. 2022. I thought that things would be better however, it did not I was still not getting any updates until April which I was told that a demand letter was supposed to be sent to the insurance agency. It did not go out until May 26th. I have been very patient. The pain and suffering have been extended and this journey has been the worse experience ever!!!! read more

The outcome of the settlement has taken such a toll on me mentally and psychologically that I needed time to gather my thoughts and make a public statement. From the initial consultation to the settlement of the case, I have gone through at least seven (7) case managers. Most of whom were very non-responsive to my phone calls and emails. The real issue at hand is that they did not do their due diligence and their homework to verify the aspects of my insurance policy. They have collected almost $10k of my money (more money than the injured party received and more money than they deserved! An error was made where Cambre & Associate paid my medical bills from the settlement but after further research and reviews were conducted, none of these medical bills were to be paid from the settlement. At the point I will never contact an attorney when I'm in an accident I would rather handle it on my own! Very unorganized and lack of communicatio. It started to seem like I was harassing them for updates! My claim was changed to different people without notice. I was promised weekly updates after I didn't hear from anyone in 3mmonths that did not happe. Finally an offer was made that was definitely a low ball and a waste of my time. I agreed to the amount just to be done with the firm. Guess what now they say the check has been lost and needs to be reissued it's been a month now! Never again read more

I would not recommend this law firm. My 4 children and I were rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Glenn Cambre's law firm mislead us from the beginning. We were told that we would not have to worry about anything pertaining to our accident. That was a lie. We were left with having to pay for the medical bills due to them not returning the hospitals calls nor contacting them. I only communicated or was contacted by my lawyer once. I emailed her and she never responded back. I never even spoke to my lawyer. Apparently a year into the case, she disappeared. My case manager was of no help either. Unfortunately after my accident I was incapable of making rational decisions and stuck with them even after people told me to go with another law firm. If only I had listened. I agree with the other review that stated the employees are giving this law firm 5 and even 4 stars. This time last year they had a 3 star rating. This law firm is full of unseasoned, incompetent lawyers and employees. Choose a more seasoned law firm to handle your case. The settlement we received was EXTREMELY LOW. It was a fraction of what we had been shown at first and that was extremely low to begin with. Choose another law firm.
