Dr. Tammy is very talented and intuitive - she is kind, warm, and makes you feel very comfortable. I was recommended to her by her sister after my boyfriend and I did couples therapy there. Been working with Tammy for the past few weeks on a referral from a friend. She is an amazing soul that will help you find deficiencies within yourself that self awareness can resolve. It's one thing to know where it hurts but another to identify and treat a painful thought. If you are not willing to keep an open mind then this isn't for you. You can be skeptical but must open your mind and absorb a new way to think. It is a coaching session that worked for me but only after time and commitment. Don't plan on a one hour session, plan on a journey of release. I saw Dr Tammy just three times but apparently it was a charm. I went to her as I was gearing up to do my 3rd round of IVF. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant for 2.5 years with no success. In my first visit she told me that I have to change my belief to start believing that I was going to have a child. I didn't realize it but apparently I believed that I would be that woman who tried and tried to get pregnant and remained childless. It was eye opening when she pointed out that I believed this as even though it was so true, I hadn't realized it before. Then she had me write on a paper over and over again before I went to bed, "I am pregnant". It seemed silly at first but with the hypnosis where she walked me through guided imagery envisioning my babies, it worked. My IVF was successful and I'm now 16 weeks pregnant. I just couldn't believe it worked so fast. She's amazing! I highly recommend her for any issue you're going through. She is warm, positive and I always walked out feeling better.
