On calling Sembler and Sons and leaving a message, I received a quick return call. He was able to "move things around and get a technician out tomorrow!" The next day, as promised, Alex called and arrived 15 minutes later. We discussed my issues, and he quickly got to work. He did a great and efficient job, used quality parts and as we discussed options all along he was patient with my being a busybody! The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding! On our talking, he told me they are a family business, that Dad has been doing this for 40+ years, and the entire family is proud to do great work! This is the company I've been looking for as I now know a genuine honest and experienced plumber for a reasonable price!
