It's because the assistant to the plumber, that I've trusted for years, didn't use something that he should have in between 2 dissimilar metals. So the laws of alchemy apply & corrosion happens. Their prices very reasonable, & I would hire them again, without hesitation. We got their card at the local Family Christmas extravaganza festival, & that impressed me that they would participate in that, because it helps to build our community up, here in Palm Bay.

On calling Sembler and Sons and leaving a message, I received a quick return call. He was able to "move things around and get a technician out tomorrow!" The next day, as promised, Alex called and arrived 15 minutes later. We discussed my issues, and he quickly got to work. He did a great and efficient job, used quality parts and as we discussed options all along he was patient with my being a busybody! The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding! On our talking, he told me they are a family business, that Dad has been doing this for 40+ years, and the entire family is proud to do great work! This is the company I've been looking for as I now know a genuine honest and experienced plumber for a reasonable price! Corey the owner was yelling at someone and then I realized it was me. He was screaming about how he gives his techs insurance,401k, great pay and vacation benefits. He also said people bring their crappy campers to us and expect us to fix everything perfectly I said my roof was leaking and it needs to be fixed correctly. Brought it back and had to sit at the gate for 40 minutes because he lives in PSL. Two days later they have it sitting outside by the gate and no one was there to apologize or talk about the issue. I asked for pics of the roof work and got no answer. I had my grandson take pics of roof and see a 2" gap and 4" gap that was missed by the king antenna caulking mishaps weren't cleaned up and sent them pictures and still nothing. I will never use this business again!!! A flipping nightmare! Also they got the black caulking on my floors and now my awning doesn't work! Shoddy workmanship and terrible communication skills. I would not refer anyone to this business! Don't businesses take pride in there work? I'm a small business owner and if make a mistake, I bend over backwards to make my customers happy!
